Stayed Aug 3, 2025Wow!!! Villa La Estancia was just beautiful all around. The resort is clean, everyone is nice and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food was super good. We ate at La Parrilla, the Spotts Bar, and South American Grill. I do recommend shopping at a grocery store because the little store on site is very expensive. The room was amazing!!! We were 5 adults and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The view from the balcony was just amazing every time I stepped out!! Our cleaning assistant Virginia was such a sweet woman and did such an awesome job every day in our room. We would totally stay here again if we come back to Cabo. Thank you for the memories!!!

Stayed Aug 25, 2023My group of friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! Villa Estancia is an amazing resort! So beautiful and clean. The condo was great too. There was so much room for all of us. Great location! We were so close to everything and we were right on the beach which was so convenient and fun.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023This is our second time staying at this vacation rental, and we honestly cannot see a reason to stay anywhere else when in Cabo. Gorgeous views, plenty of space for a family, pristine property, and amazing staff.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023This was a great vacation! We previously stayed at the sister hotel Arco two years ago and we have friends that stay at Estancia every year. At Estancia, it is much more laid back and quiet compared to the other hotels around and we enjoyed that greatly. The unit was the perfect spot for the five of us. My parents had their own suite, my daughter had her own room and my wife and I had our own suite as well. Plenty of space for all of us and room to get away when we got tired of each other. The condo had all the amenities that you could want with one exception, an outdoor grill. It seemed every other unit had one but this one but it was just a small thing and all of the other sights, comforts, and happiness far outweighed things. The unit had wifi which kept our daughter happy and good enough speeds so that we could update our socials when necessary. Perfect trip and we are already looking to book again for next year. Thanks for the stay!

Stayed Apr 2, 2023This property was fantastic. Every single staff member you came in contact with was so friendly - and you see them a lot! They are always out making sure the place is clean and well kept. We even watched them clean the pool in the mornings and they were meticulous! The room itself was also beautiful with a spectacular view of the ocean as well as the pool/hot tub area. We had a fabulous time! We have stayed in a VRBO on every trip we've taken around the world. This particular unit had no extras such as boogie boards, etc. It didn't even have salt and pepper haha Our friends who also rented a unit on the property had a stocked pantry, toys including boogie boards, etc.. I'm not saying I wouldn't rent this unit again, just saying that when you're looking be aware that there are those differences out there. Our unit had a much better placement and view so maybe units who lack that, make up for it in other areas. All in all it was fantastic and I would pick this unit again and again! I'd just know to bring my salt and pepper LOL

Stayed Jun 6, 2022I cannot say enough about how perfect our stay in Villa 3503 was. It is in a building close to the beach and pool so you have stunning views of the ocean. The villa is huge! Our group of 7 had plenty of room to spread out in the 2 king suites, double queen suite and the pull out sofa. Every room has a full bathroom with a jet soaking tub in each of the king suites. The kitchen is a full kitchen w everything including a Nespresso coffee maker. The service is off the hook! Cleaning staff did an amazing job ....we even got cookies and water every night at turn down. The pool is quiet and beautiful w a swim up bar. If you want more action just go to one of the other two properties next door. We loved the water slide at villa Palma. Meals and drinks are v. expensive but not more than one might expect at a nice resort. The nearby Walmart has great groceries to stock up food and beverages. I can't wait to come back!

Stayed Feb 26, 2022What a trip! Our trip with two families with young children (8 people total) started with a small hiccup as our designated unit in villa estancia was unavailable at our exact dates. Thankfully this was no issue at all and Joseph was able to secure us an upgrade at the villa palmar next door. We stayed in villa palmar 3504 -- 3 bedroom suite. It is a FANTASTIC spot. Immediately beachfront, 5th floor with a stunning ocean view. Easy access to the beach, a walk down the beach to great restaurants and a short hop the other way to any beach activities you want. The unit has a huge wrap around balcony that overlooks medano beach, the bay and the cape itself. The unit itself is serviced twice daily and has three full suites with ensuite bath/shower in each. There is a fully kitchen and a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the beach. Communication with the owner was professional and seamless. Highly recommended for families, large groups, or folks needing some space in a beachfront spot. A 3 bedroom unit at villa palmar is for sure what you want. We will be back!
