Medano Beach View Penthouse 2bd 2ba, Puerta Cabos Village, Cabo San Lucas

The location was perfect! Close to everything, but also far enough away to be private. The condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The rooftop terrace is worth it, the view is amazing. Hugo was helpful and his guacamole was delicious! A few little issues with appliances, but nothing that ruined our stay. Ice machine in the fridge didnt work, but Hugo brought us some ice. The dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to do some dishes, not the end of the world. The only criticism we would have is if you a lounge by the pool kind of people, this location is not for you. The pool is nice, but the location only gets sun for a few hours in the morning.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was close to the beach, outdoor and rooftop spaces were excellent. Easy to walk to attractions. Seamless check-in and welcome. Huge thank you to Hugo!

Our Vacation was wonderful! We were picked up at the airport by Hugo, he then stopped at a nice grocery store, we picked up some items there and then he drove us to the condo. The condo was even better than described, we really enjoyed the pools and the roof top hot tub along with the beautiful view. We will be going back! They make sure that you have everything that you need! Thank You Hugo!!! Thank You Owners!!! We appreciate y'all TOO!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo unit. Despite arriving late in the evening, Hugo made himself available to check us in and show us all the features of the unit. We made the short walk to Medano beach almost every day of our stay, and we very much appreciated that Victoria provides beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella. The marina and Cabo central were close enough for us to easily walk to in about 15 minutes. And the unit itself was fantastic with plenty of dishware, cookware, and comfy furniture inside and out. Additionally, the king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. Everything was great. Thank you Victoria and Hugo!!

Great location! Condo was clean, comfortable and AC was amazing. Hugo was a great help - we utilized his airport transport and he set up our fishing day - 4 marlins, 1 dorado and 1 bonito!! Easy to get Uber around town. Highly recommend Kauil restaurant or it's sister restaurant El Peregrino. We would definitely stay here again.

Property as advertised. Hugo was great. Traffic is much worse than last time we visited. Recommend you utilize the car service to and from the airport that Hugo provides and not rent a car as it just adds to the congestion. Uber and walking eas sufficient for us.

We had a great stay at this condo! Hugo greeted us and he was fantastic throughout the week with booking events for us at a discount including travel from the airport. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach which we did not mind since it would have been twice the price if right on the beach. A great spot for easy access to many of the most popular beach spots such as Milky Beach, The Office, and Tabasco's. The upper deck was very nice and the property has a nice pool that nobody seems to use. It is also nice that it has 24 hour security. If you are looking for access to resort style pools with full service, Casa Dorada is a short walk and offers a Day pass that gives you the amount in credit for Food/drink. So you can visit the resort without overpaying. Highly recommend that to change pace. Over all, a great experience and would definitely recommend. I'm sure we will stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and great location.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. The couch is comfy with plenty of seating. The kitchen has all the items you could need for preparing food. The rooftop patio with the hot tub was a fantastic way to end each evening. The property manager was wonderful, got us good deals on activities, made sure we had everything we needed, scheduled a nurse to come do Covid tests for traveling home, and arranged airport transportation. I would very much recommend this property. It isn’t beach front but it’s only a short walk to the beach and a fraction of the cost for beachfront. The savings buys more margaritas and yummy food.

Great condo with everything you need in an absolute amazing location. Medano beach is a short 5 minute walk. To walk downtown to the marina, shops or restaurants is an easy walk. Approximately 15 minutes.
