Meadowbrook Condo 9 - Couples Oasis Hideout Prime for Hiking or Bike Path

This is a lovely one-BR with loft apartment located within walking distance of River Run life complex at Sun Valley. BR, bathroom, and kitchen were immaculate. Kitchen well-appointed with everything we needed. Gas fireplace kept the unit toasty (but with ambient spring temps it did not have to work hard). Owner's instructions were clear and simple. Wi-Fi worked great. Only (very tiny) issue was the need to pick up and return keys to realty office (instead of combo lock at unit). With one-way traffic on Main St. due to Ketchum road construction this was less than ideal.

Fabulous stay. The condo was a perfect winter mountain get away - cozy fireplace, timber touches, and everything we needed. The home was spotless and well-fitted all around. Bedroom/loft were all very comfortable - a firm mattress with topper and cozy down in white linens made it feel like sleeping in a marshmallow. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower was great after a day skiing. The town shuttle to the River run lodge stopped every half hour just steps from the front door, but the lodge was also an easy five-ten minute walk (great if storing equipment on the mountain), or drive. With almost a foot of snow, the mgt. took care of snow removal. The only thing missing was ski locker at the condo, but we made do with keeping skis in the car. Thanks for the hospitality.

We particularly liked the unit since it was more modern and minimalistic than other places that we’ve stayed in Ketchum which tend to lean toward to ski or hunting lodge styles. It was a walk of 20 minutes to my work event which made it very convenient. Thank you so much!

Upper floor unit with somewhat narrow and steep stairs. Not handicapped accessible.

It is upstairs so get your knees ready! It’s worth the climb.
