Set within a quiet residential resort setting, a car is recommended for exploring nearby beaches, scenic trails, and the surrounding coastline. Hanalei Bay is just a short drive away.

When we’re home on island, mornings often begin on the lanai with coffee, watching birds visit the patio railings and nearby greenery. The name Mauna Lanai reflects what we love most about this home—a sense of elevation, openness, and connection to the outdoors that feels calm and grounding. The single-level interior layout keeps everything feeling easy and connected, creating a comfortable, open space that’s effortless to settle into.

We love the natural flow between indoors and out. After a day at the beach or exploring nearby trails, evenings slow down naturally—cocktails on the queen bedroom lanai with pool and mountain views, family dinners shared around the table or on the lanai, and quiet time together as the day winds down. It’s a gentle, unhurried rhythm that feels restorative, comfortable, and distinctly North Shore.

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create a bright, welcoming space that works beautifully for families, couples, and longer stays. Mauna Lanai reflects the way this home lives—open, elevated, and thoughtfully connected—where the single-level interior layout allows everyone to move comfortably and easily without interior stairs.

Large sliding doors open to the main lanai, extending the living space outdoors and reinforcing the home’s seamless indoor–outdoor flow. A dedicated workspace with desk and seating is available for remote work or planning daily adventures. Central air conditioning is included and complemented by ceiling fans, providing quiet, consistent comfort throughout the home.

The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating, and premium appliances, including a Jura super-automatic espresso machine, large refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. We regularly cook here ourselves, so cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and essential supplies are fully stocked.

The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six for shared meals and memorable gatherings.



Lanai & Outdoor Living

Enjoy two private lanais, each offering a different island perspective:

• Main lanai: Overlooks lush tropical landscaping and tranquil fountains near the Bali Hai entrance
• Bedroom lanai: Pool and mountain views, accessed from one of the bedrooms

These spaces are ideal for morning coffee, reading, quiet conversation, or relaxed evening dining.



Garage, Gear & Family Essentials

Guests enjoy keyless entry and exclusive use of a secure, covered two-car garage, which comfortably fits two mid-size SUVs.

Larger Vehicles
If your vehicle does not fit comfortably in the garage, please let us know before or after check-in. We’re happy to arrange an overnight guest parking pass for nearby designated guest parking. Per HOA guidelines, overnight parking outside the garage is limited to approved guest spaces and requires a permit.

A rinse hose is located just outside the garage for easy cleanup after the beach.

Walk to Princeville shops, parks, trails, and Hideaways Beach. Scenic coastal paths are nearby, while Anini Beach and Hanalei Bay are just a short drive away for swimming, dining, and exploring the North Shore.

A custom local guidebook is provided with recommendations for beaches, dining, scenic walks, and nearby highlights.



Safety & Local Terrain Awareness

Princeville sits atop scenic coastal bluffs, and many nearby beaches and viewpoints are accessed via descending trails and climbing back up. These paths may include steep sections, uneven footing, and muddy conditions after rain.

Some secluded beaches do not have lifeguards. Guests should use caution, wear appropriate footwear, supervise children closely, and assess ocean and trail conditions carefully before exploring.

    This was our second stay here, and it’s perfect. Immaculate home, pristine neighborhood, beautifully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, terrific hosts and management. The pool area and gas grills are perfectly maintained. Convenient walk to beaches and Princeville shopping area.

    Phenomenal property! One of the best we have experienced! We really appreciated how things were labeled clearly so that we could immediately move in and start to enjoy the space. Beautiful pool and kind neighbors, located not far from stores, dining, beaches. Plenty of space. Note the closest beach is a short but moderately strenuous hike from the property. Although we did not need to use it, AC is additional charge.

    Home was as described and included a lot of amenities (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, bikes). Plenty of room for our group to spread out and have some privacy. Didn’t need AC since 2nd floor gets nice breeze and the house has many fans. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but it’s steps away from the house. Nearest beach can be a tricky walk to access so make sure you’re prepared to climb down some rocks. (We preferred other nearby beaches that were more accessible We’d stay here again

    We had a great experience here. The owner, Dhivya, was very responsive and helpful. The condo was well furnished, especially the kitchen, which is a plus for us as we do a lot of our own cooking. We had six adults in our group and everyone was very happy with our experience there.

    This property was nothing but amazing!! It was perfect for three couples. Location was convenient to the pool and tropical views all around. I would definitely recommend this condo. Communication was superb, description and pictures are accurate. Princeville is our favorite place in Kauai!! I hope to back soon!!

    The condo exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like home. They have everything you need and the location is perfect. The pool is right across the street which is very nice. I would stay here again no problem 10 out of 10 in my opinion.
