Reviewer Comments: This resort is nice because it's low key - some people live here year-round, others are vacationers. Very good for families, and near shopping to stock up your condo's kitchen. The open area that the lanais look on to is very nice, a big putting green, if you will. The ocean is somewhat blocked by palm trees unless you are in the units facing the ocean. I like that they enforce quiet hours, from 10pm to 8am daily, so you aren't disturbed by hotel staff doing maintenance, etc. too early in the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There were 5 of us so we utilized the pull down bed and the pull out bed for our kids. The kids found both very comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed for a fully functional kitchen/living experience and had umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys beach towels etc...There was a great cross breeze between the Lanai and bedroom window that kept it comfortable and cool especially during the night so AC use for us was minimal. Pool was great and condo complex had lots of games and tennis courts for shared use. Talented live band in the courtyard Tuesday evening you can enjoy up close or from the comfort of the Lanai. Beach area not great for swimming but great for relaxing and watching sea life. (The best thing about Maui is getting out and exploring its beauty anyways) Bathrooms are small but not a deal breaker for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen utensils came in handy for cooking our meals. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

We would rent a suite closer to the front of this property next time. We will keep Maui Sunset in mind when we return to Maui as the grounds and beach are wonderful. Great spot for whale and sunset watching!

Reviewer Comments: experience was pretty good (was roomy, grandson enjoyed the wall bed, good parking,included some beach mats and chairs) with some minor inconveniences (hot water couldn't sustain 2 showers at the same time, patio lamp not bright enough for late outside dining, no laundry detergent for washer, pretty bad stains on the carpeting and water leaking outside door due to adjacent unit's a/c).
