Maui Kamaole #L-203 Full Ocean View, A/C Throughout, Wifi, Great Location

Liked the pool area. Area up to the steps needs to be painted so this area looks cleaner. View was excellent!

The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The mountain views were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the parking was great. The entire complex was very well maintained. We had a great stay.

Wonderful stay, property management was quick to answer any questions we had! The pools were great! Hope to come back again someday!

We stayed 5 nights. The grounds and pool area are fantastic. Not very busy/crowded for us (May 12-17). Condo is very comfortable. Need to use stairs to get to front door. And stairs to upper sleeping area (queen bed). View from main floor Lanai out the the ocean and sunsets is very nice. Location, on border of Kihea and Waimea is perfect. Close to both, but not on the main drag.

Suggest leaving coffee filters so guests aren’t scrambling on night one. Per the photos, the condo could use some updating.

Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay.

I took my family (8 adults and two children (3 year old and 8 month old) for a Christmas vacation. I rented two units in the Maui Kamaole condo property near the small pool. We prefer the small pool because it is well shaded and has a hot pool. Unit L203 was well furnished and had a great view of the ocean. The micro wave stopped working and was immediately replaced by the management company which I appreciated. I have stayed at the Maui Kamaole many times and prefer it to the other condo complexes in Kihei because has much more beautiful landscaping than others in the area.

The views from lanai were spectacular and from the back we overlooked the upper pool. The sound of the waterfall was nice at night with the slider open.

Clean, bright and yes…FULL OCEAN VIEW!! I stayed in this complex because my niece and her fiancé were here for their wedding, And I wanted to be close. I was not disappointed!! The view out front were spectacular and the views out back of the mountains and the swimming pool were beautiful.

This property was nice. We would stay here again. Just a few things…the cabinets in the kitchen showed a bit of wear and tear and need some attention. The bedroom on the main level had a mildew smell in it. It might be from the filter in the air conditioner, but not sure. The shower head in the upstairs master bathroom needs to be replaced. I did appreciate that it had a hose attached, but I couldn’t get it to switch over to use it. One last thing we wish the pool area would stay open until 10:00pm. The security guards were very nice who patrolled the property.
