Maui Kamaole H-109 Full A/C Front Row Oceanview, Steps from Kamaole III Beach

Everything about this condo was amazing! I got multiple email leading upto the check-in date. I was informed on what to be expected out of this place. When we got to this condo, we were positively surprised how close it was to the ocean - it has both ocean and mountain view. We live in a high-rise building, and touching the grass on a daily basis in the patio was an amazing experience for us. We truly had a great time. All the amenities were greatly communicated to us; so much so that I never had to call them for anything. Everything we needed to know was in the emails. Restaurants are close by. The beach is right across the road. We just walked across with our snorkeling set (there is a snorkel set and other beach accessories available, but we got our own snorkel set).

A well kept condo. A lot of small bugs on counters that seemed to mostly be around the sinks. My wife found a worm and cockroach in master BR bathroom that might have fallen from the vent. This all might be due to the Kona Low that was hitting Maui just prior to our trip. The toilet handle in hallway bathroom needs to be giggled to make sure it does not continue to run. That is a must to fix so water usage is not excessive. Enjoyed this condo and will see you all next spring!

This was our 3rd stay at Maui Kamaole and 1st in this unit and we couldn't have been happier! Very clean unit, the view was amazing with friendly chickens coming to say Hi on the lanai every day. 2 days in we found the coffee grinder did not work, a simple text and it was replaced under 2hrs later! Great inventory of beach paraphernalia available - chairs, umbrellas, toys, games. We checked in late very easily. All other appliances worked great - washers, dryer, AC, and the ice maker kept our drinks cold all week. We would search out this unit, for sure, on our next stay!

Comfortable but requires a replacement of old A/C in LR & Bdrm. Very noisy. Rusted units. Sprays water in patio area.

We could not have asked for a better two weeks. Great weather, grounds and the salt water pool was really nice.

I especially liked that the master bath had a walk-in shower. Tub had been removed. The kitchen was supplied for the chef, if you like preparing some of your meals and enjoying the sunset from your lanai, while drinking a glass of wine. The living room and bedroom are furnished very comfortably.

This condo is cozy and quiet with a beautiful ocean view. Not many places in Kihei can claim the view, but we were able to see beautiful sunsets over the ocean each night. Very comfortable and well stocked

We have been returning to Maui for several decades. After finding the Maui Kamaole, we have not left. This property is well maintained and in a great spot for rapid exit and entry into the property.
