Maui Kamaole F203 Kihei condo w/ private lanai and pool, summer deal

This was a comfortable place for a multigenerational family to meet and enjoy Maui.

The place was immaculate, clean and thoughtful. It had all that was needed - just enough. The layout of the unit was very nice. The community is quiet and beautiful. We had some minor issues and the CB team was prompt, the crew were very professional and courteous. Would love to come back to same place. Location of property is just perfect.

We loved our stay in F203. It is definitely the most updated unit we have enjoyed, and the property was as quiet and beautiful as ever. The kids had a blast in the pools and walking to and from the beach. Thank you!

We have stayed in this complex a few times now, this condo was exactly like the pictures, lots of space, renovated, beds were very comfortable, quiet area. Would definitely stay here again

The rental is very tastefully done with comfortable beds, bathrooms and a great open living that connects to the balcony. You can partially see the ocean from the balcony. The resort on which the property is on is beautiful. It has 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 hot spas and a lot of outdoor space to BBQ all within walking distance. We loved the rock pool with the little waterfall and relaxing spa. It was also located a 10 mins walk to to Kamaole beach park we’re we saw turtles every day and some great coral fish. The sunsets from the park are a must see. The town of Kihei has lists of restaurants and grocery stores within a 5-10 min drive. We will definitely go back to Kamaole and the same property.

It is very convenient apartment for a family of 4. The place is taken care of well, clean and located in nice quiet place. There is a beach in walking distance.

I am going to start with the Pro's: The condo is in a great location with great views from the balcony which is nice sized. The condo has had lots of updating except the carpet was dirty with stains, which I am sure if it was shampooed these would come out but really should have replaced the carpet with the same Vinyl plank as in the entry. There is lots of throw rugs covering the carpet. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable which is always a plus. The cons, first is the management company, I have rented another condo in the same complex and was able to deal directly with the condo owners and they were wonderful, I could message them and they would answer within an hour usually sooner. If you have any issues with this condo don't expect any response. I phoned twice and left voice mail and never did get a call back. The microwave did not work and we ended up throwing out good food because we were unable to reheat it in the microwave and this was costly. The condo had no type of board games for kids, no boogie boards, no beach umbrellas, only 3 beach chairs very little beach stuff at all. Its not really convenient to have to go rent all this stuff and for the price of the condo it should come equipped with at least enough stuff for people. The Hot Water tank for upstairs shower is set very low so showers are lukewarm this is with it turned all the way to the hot side and very little water pressure so if you are ok with that then its not really a con. So take my review and see if any of these things are a deal breaker for you and if not book this condo as I said great location and view but lacks big time on management side. Also there is no necessities for cooking except salt and pepper, no cooking spray, no other spices, no saran wrap, I mean nothing and it costs a lot to have to buy this stuff. I have rented several condos through VRBO with owners as the managers and all but this one was stocked with extras

The complex is beautiful and because it's set back from the main road, it's very quiet. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone.
