View is fantastic; just as described and other reviewers have said. Full Ocean front view from dining porch. The complex is perched up from the S Kihei Blvd, so there’s no traffic busyness to interrupt peaceful view of whales hanging out. Bring binoculars. Both pool areas were enjoyable. The pool at the back of the property has a lovely waterfall. Could easily spend a day there.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location with huge grassy lawn out front. Large, uncluttered lanai (although in May late afternoon sun very hot). Nice view of ocean. Loved their motorized blinds. (Needs better pillows on bed.) Good location for easy in and out of the property. Reservation and check-in process very smooth and easy.

We have stayed in many condo's here, some are old and need remodeling some are cleaner then others each visit. We always rent 3 condo's to enjoy the island with our children and 4 grand children.

Reviewer Comments: Through a recommendation from a friend, my family was looking to book a stay at one of the many units at the Maui Kamaole condos. We chose this unit, with a bias towards using a rental company vs private individual. My family of 4 found the unit very comfortable, and were pleased with the communication from the property management team. The location is fantastic, and despite only being a 1 bedroom unit, the pull out sofa bed made it more than accommodating for my family.We would happily stay here again, and would recommend the same for anyone considering a stay in South Maui.
