    Maui Banyon T209 was a lovely place to stay: clean well-managed property, lots of space for two couples, good kitchen for making meals, easy parking, beautiful gardens/grounds. The management team was very responsive when we had a problem with the kitchen sink drain mid-week & the problem was resolved in a timely way. The best part about this property for us was the easy access to ocean beaches - less than 5 minutes walk to get down to the ocean. The series of connected beaches were great for swimming, snorkeling, tide pool exploration and walking along the shore. We would recommend this condo.

    Property was well equipped. My only complaint was the deposit process and getting the arrival info. Vrbo app said to expect these but they never showed up and I had to ask for them.

    We had a great time at this unit in the Banyan (which we have stayed at before and really like). It was exactly as pictured, beds were very comfortable (memory-foam), there were three AC units, all amenities worked well and check-in/communication was wonderful. The unit is at the very back of the complex, nice and quiet and because it's at the end, has a beautiful sunrise (toward Haleakala) view. We hope to be back again!

    The booking and response to questions during our stay were excellent. Received an email with great information for accessing the unit and what to do when vacating. I appreciated the quick replies to text messages after we arrived when there was confusion about the TV and no key for the safe. The 2-bedroom unit does provide space for 2 couples. There are lots of towels in the bathrooms, and the kitchen is nicely appointed with cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, and serving dishes. The following items were the negatives: soft bed, cramped toilet area, angle of the kitchen island was difficult for opening the refrigerator door, no elevator to floors 2 and 3, veneer is pulling away from some of the cabinetry, furniture in the sitting area is a bit worn. We paid for a late checkout but were not told the door code would change. We've stayed at the Maui Banyan in Kihei a number of times, so we are familiar with the varied conditions of the units. I would rate this one as good to OK.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable, a great location, close to the beach, food and shops. If we return to Maui, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations.

    dirty on arrival. air conditioners full of dirt and mold. fridge that dripped water all over food .we had no cooling for two weeks. mold made me very sick. under doctors care. bug sprayers came into appartment without our permission. many more complaints
