Stayed Jun 23, 2025Best part of this stay was the location, literally steps from the beach and places to eat. It took a bit to find the entrance and parking spaces (2 tandem places - tight fit for mini vans). The condition of the place is fair; needs a 'deep clean' and minor repairs (a stove burner, fridge ice maker & door shelves, missing light bulbs, toilet paper roll bar, etc). Landlord was extremely responsive, usually answered questions within 10 minutes. When asked if there was a port-a-crib, he agreed to find one and provide!

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Great stay and exactly what we needed. Immediate access to bay, beach, restaurants, and shops. Not a luxury stay but had everything we could want and need. Will definitely plan for another stay!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Great place to stay with a big group in the Mission Beach area. No AC in the house but with this weather and some fans it wasn’t too bad.
