Marriott's BeachPlace. Prime Beachfront Location - Center of Ft Lauderdale Beach

We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Beach Place. The 2 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 4 of us. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff, towels ect. We had an ocean front corner room on 5th floor. Would recommend trying to get a room a few floors higher so you have a better view of the Ocean because there are stores that sit in front of the hotel. The property is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance. They have chairs and towels you can check out and take to the beach which was nice. Saw others complaining have complained about the elevator speed but we never had an issue at all. Also, all of the staff people from the front desk, maintenance, pool/ towel, housekeepers were friendly and respectful. Overall we had a fantastic time and would recommend!

Our ocean view villa on the 18th floor was gorgeous! It has a great location and it was even better than the online pics!

This place was great. It was in an awesome location and the photos were very accurate. Host was well responsive as well.

Had a very easy experience messaging and getting responses from the property manager. This 2BR, 2 bath unit with kitchen, laundry and living space was more than enough for two couples vacationing and wanting rest and relaxation! The staff at this Marriott property were friendly and helpful - checked in w us during our stay to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Check in/out was easy and concierge was great to offer recommendations to local places to eat…which was easy as there are soooo many good options within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. The pool with two hot tubs was also great with plenty of pool chairs during a very busy week. The only suggestion I would have is to have a better supply of beach chairs. You can rent chairs on beach (nothing to do w the resort) but that was expensive and the free chairs they did have at the resort were rusty or not comfy and I know often they had no chairs available for the day. We bought chairs nearby and that was better than being frustrated because on vacation I’m not going to stress - so with my own beach chair, I had an amazingly perfect week!!! Make sure to hit the farmers market on Sat/Sun - great açaí bowls, fresh fruit, tacos, and tons of vendors with all kinds of goodies. It is only a short walk to get there heading from Beach Place towards Marriott Courtyard property.

Place was nice…

The condo was clean, close to everything and the 24/hr CVS was a great feature to have for the little things that came up that we needed! The host was great with communication and the hotel has a great activity room for the kids with toys, crafts and daily activities! We decorated cookies one day, and did ceramics painting another. Great stay!

Our unit was exactly as on VRBO and was very clean. I definitely recommend your vacation here as the location is A-1 and unit is very clean and accommodating.
