Stayed Mar 25, 2021Carpet need to be washed.Socks are getting dirty after walking on it. 5pm pool closing is to early.The big pool become to crowded after 5pm . Hot pool no reason to be closed social distance can be met if red stickers 6 ft apart are placed on the edge of the whirlpool. Exercise room should be open. Need a sign ( shower requires before entering the pool) by the pool entry.This is very important.

Stayed Mar 26, 2021On Saturday at 3 pm we went to one of the many pools on the property and was told all pools were at capacity and we could not enter. The pool at JW had capacity and it was a 5 min. drive. We were not told at check in that this could happen.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Loved the fact that this place was so close to the zoo. Great amenities for the kids loved riding bikes and the mountain views were spectacular. The starry nights were beautiful to look at. Dont forget to bring your own blankets and towels because they will charge you 65 for them. But non the less our stay was nice. because resort will

Stayed Mar 3, 2025We stayed in a studio and overall a great stay. The unit was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was of the golf course. The only thing we thought was a little strange was that, although it had dishes and soap to clean them, it did not have a sink. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom.

Stayed Nov 16, 2024We found the unit to be dark and depressing. Not anything like the unit in the Picture the pool area is equivalent to a motel. I never wish to stay on vacation at a place worse than my own home. We checked out on day one and walked away from our full payment. We attempted to upgrade but the process was too complicated. I requested a call back and never heard from the vendor

Stayed Nov 9, 2024We rented three units: 1 1200 one bedroom and 2 lockouts to house three generations of our family. Marriott accomodated with three units very close together - all of which were very clean and wwell equipped. We enjoyed the pools, the BBQ's, and the general surroundings.

Unfortunately this time, the communication the owner of the property was supposed to provide to the management company caused lag in check in.
