Our vacation home is the perfect backdrop for a family vacation. Our unit has everything a family might need: it sleeps 6 people and has a kiddie pool on site! We hope you and yours will enjoy our casual, relaxing space as much as we have.

Your rental is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the property. On the lower level (2nd floor), you'll find the living area, kitchen, 1 guest bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper level (3rd floor), you'll find the primary bedroom, balcony, and bathroom, as well as another guest room with 2 twin beds and a guest bathroom.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

    This condo is very spacious and having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with a roomy living room and kitchen area was perfect for 3 couples. This is a 2nd floor unit but stairs were clean and very private to get into the unit.

    My sisters (3) and I stayed in your condo and it was great. Although we had to climb stairs and more stairs inside the condo but other than that we had a great time. The condo was clean and was also provided a washer and dryer to clean my clothes before I left the condo. Great place to stay. We didn't like the stairs because we are all over 55 and our knees really couldn't take it but other than all the stairs it was great. I would recommend staying there again. Quite, clean, accessible to everything. You can walk to wherever you want. Shopping is also in walking distance. Great Stay.

    Condo was nice would stay again tv did not work in guest room so we was not able to access tv entire stay I spoke with front desk about it no response.

    The location of this condo is perfect. The walk was not bad at all and if we wanted to drive, the parking lot for the beach access is right at the end of the street. However, the house was dirty. All of the furniture was ripped, stained, or hadn’t been cleaned. You can definitely tell the pictures uploaded are at very flattering angles. The rooms were perfect for our family because each one had a bathroom and the kitchen came well stocked with coffee mugs and dishes if we needed them. Would recommend buying new furniture for the family areas.

    Pros: Nice size condo. Easy walk to beach. Everything we needed or wanted was close by. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Pool was clean. Hot water was hot (never ran out) and AC was cold. Wifi worked well throughout unit. Location felt safe. Cons: Listing stated sofa bed but did not have- owner contacted property mngmt and had a roll away brought to us. Opened the rollaway to find someone else's dirty, wadded up bedding. Listing states sleeps 8 but is better suited for 6 or fewer as there is not enough dining seating (4 at table, 2 at counter) or dinner plates for more than 6. Found unwashed cookware. Furniture throughout not in the best condition but was still functional. Master bath shower head clogged and struggles to spray. Master bath had musty smell coming from sink drains- I purchased bathroom cleaner and sprayed into drains regularly and it helped some. Master bed reasonably comfortable but quite noisy- sitting, rolling over, etc makes it squeak. Dryer (washer/dryer comdo) was super loud and would take several cycles to dry small loads. Property mngmt would only give us one parking pass even though we had 2 vehicles. It's tandem parking and they told us just to keep the pass in the car thats parked in back (so we had to continually swap vehicle positions and pass). This can be a top-notch property with a few tweaks. We still enjoyed our stay. I'd consider staying here again with some improvements in the aforementioned issues.
