As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.
Interaction with Guests:
We do our best to stock the property with everything that you may need to have a memorable stay. However, if you need anything during your trip, please let us know.
It worked out very nice for location, it was clean, had all we needed. The dryer squeaks like crazy so it can’t be used while there. The tv remote would not work very well to actually change the channel etc (could have been poor use on our end).
Nice quiet place near downtown Bentonville very comfortable and everything you need would highly recommend
Great location, close to Walmart HO and 8th Street market is right across the street. I really enjoyed walking through the park to the Airship coffee shop too. Nice decor, comfy bed and a washer dryer was great to reduce the clothes a needed for an extended work trip that Bentonville was 1st on. Recommend this VRBO!
This property was in a good location. We enjoyed the 8th street market restaurants. It was clean, well appointed and easy to live in for a week. We recommend it.
