Very conveniently located in Bentonville

Affordable price for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay! Just the right amount of space for a couple, and I enjoyed being able to walk or bike everywhere! Always an Uber nearby too. Definitely recommend this place.

This property was very cute in its decor, felt very homey. The grounds were beautiful. Everything was conveniently stocked and the little details were nice.

Not exactly walkable to the historic area. It's not the distance, which is very bike able, but lack of safe sidewalks to get a few blocks away. 15-20 minute walk is doable but I wouldn't do it at night. Biking yes.

Wanted to love this property, but it wasn't clean. Had a dirty diaper uner the bed, Floor had hair balls all of the floor, and had bed bug spray in the cabinet. Made us kind of self- conscious.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions. Overall a good experience.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was within walking distance of downtown, with over the top holiday decorations! The other factor that made this place special, was how close it was to the World Class mountain bike trails. Couldn't ask for a better location. Oh, and the rental was equally excellent.

Very clean unit but bathroom lacked shampoo and conditioner (was very hard to get what little was remaining). Body lotion bottle was in shower not body wash or a bar of soap, frustrating and it was completely empty!

Wonderful layout and close to all attractions in Bentonville. We recommend this to everybody. It was our first stay in Bentonville and the lodging here added to the overall positive glow of our visit.

We had a great stay! The place was in a perfect location — close to everything we needed. It felt very welcoming when we arrived and was cutely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the oversized shower. The living and dining area was cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Really loved the updates and decor. It has everything you need for a great weekend. It would be a stretch for 4 adults to stay there, but 2 adults and 2 kids would work well. Very close to downtown, and in cooler months we would have walked.

It was a great place to stay on our Forth of July weekend. Very conveniently close to all the sights of Bentonville very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay although it was short! Perfect location for going downtown and to the Amp. Very clean and comfortable, felt right at home immediately.

This place was absolutely spotless. No mold. No bugs. The bed was so comfortable. It was a great experience. Everything worked great. It was very convenient to town. We were a little late for checkout and she was so sweet and patient with us.

This was a nice apartment perfect for my wife, 2 year old, and myself. It was in an excellent location, and was well kept.

Such a nice space with everything you need! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to make our stay easy and relaxing. It was also a short driving distance from everything we wanted to see, which made exploring the area so convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Live the location! It’s quiet, comfortable, and close to downtown Bentonville.

I could make a whole trip to Bentonville just to stay in this rental! The hosts provided friendly and clear communication. The decor is unique and thoughtful. They’ve created a beautiful space! It feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment for the weekend than like renting a room. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything! I was in town for an event at the 8th Street Market. It was an easy walk to the event. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Benton House!

Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The space is decorated well and the bed was very comfortable. The overall size of the place is pretty small with narrow doorways, which weren’t an issue but just sharing. We did have some trouble with getting in at first but the hosts were quick to respond and get it taken care of. The surrounding area around the property looked a little rundown at first but ended up being a nice, quiet area with fast access to The Momentary, which is why we were in town. We also were able to get to Target and Pinnacle Hills Promenade super quick. The only minor complaint we could even mention would be cleanliness. Now, nothing was just trashed and disgusting but there were just lots of little things that could have been easily cleaned. The floors had quite a bit of crumbs and what looked like hair throughout, mainly close to baseboards. The bathroom had also had some earring backs left on the counter. Not a major deal by any means but a little more attention to detail would create a better feeling of cleanliness versus what looked to be just a fast once over. I know I’m a clean freak and germaphobe so some may not be bothered by those things. Again, though, it was a nice stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful!

Great little place, would definitely stay again!

We loved this cute little place. Had great decor and it was a safe area, and close to downtown. Clean and well kept. Kitchen area had what we needed. The bathroom has poor ventilation, but the shower pressure was great and the water stayed hot. The mattress was our biggest complaint. It was sort of raised up higher near our feet, much like a hospital bed. We didn't sleep well either night. The pillows were also a bit too soft.

Property and complex were well kept and clean. We were able to easily walk to The Momentary for a concert. We had no issues with our stay and would book again for our next trip.

Very clean, great location, quiet. What we liked the most was the decor. Tasteful, hip, and funky decor. Loved it!
