Stains on carpet, tile busted, dining chair falling apart and overall much more worn down than the pictures indicate. Thermostats worked well. Clean, but so old that some things were just gross. Location on the free ride bus route was good. No issues with check-in. “Deadbolt” listed under safety features, but there was no deadbolt on the door. Master bed squeaked and was smaller than queen size. I was embarrassed to have chosen this place, but it was last-minute.

Nothing to call home about, queen bed needs a new mattress as it sinks in the middle and is very hard but it had everything I needed and was clean and quiet. You have to go to the office in down town Breck to get a key and check in papers. The guy was very kind.

Overall good location for a weekend ski trip - property is a bit dated but was clean and had all we needed for our weekend.

Location for free bus ride is great. The free bus is super close and takes you very close to ski lifts. You will save money by not having to pay for parking and deal with trying to find a place to park while skiing.

We had a great stay in Breck! It was perfect. It matched the photos, was clean and everything worked great for our ski trip. Right next to the free shuttle stop- quick to downtown and the slopes. Thanks!

This is a great little property for up to 4 people. The property is older but, in good shape. The price is perfect for what you and the check-in process is seamless. Definitely will come back

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is not upkept. It is in much need to TLC. Although it was clean, the place is outdated. Even the dishwasher was cracked, old and did not work properly. Carpets were gross and bedding was gross. You could tell everything was done very cheap and in the late 1980’s. Curtains that covered the sliding doors were all stained, ripped and faded. I can’t even begin, every inch of the place was just shabby, used and abused. I would never choose to stay here and I wish our trip wasn’t so last minute, this was the only place left to rent (now I know why). Even the wooden spindles on the chairs were cracked and sticking out (one jabbed me in my back). I’ve never seen something in such disrepair! Maybe it would be suitable for a bunch of college kids looking to destroy a ski condo.

The property was quiet and clean. Needs some cosmetic repairs (bent storm door and towel bar, dishwasher lock latch, carpet stains...I was surprised there was no check-in list for us to note such things) but it was cozy and just what we needed for our hiking get away. Basic appliances and kitchenwares included. Close to the bus line back to the main street. We even saw a moose and her baby. Would stay again! Check-in and check-out was a BREEZE!
