Stayed Feb 23, 2026This place is all about LOCATION. This is my second time here and I came back because of location. The host was very attentive. The unit itself was clean but no frills. They could provide double the amount of bath towels and new ones, the ones provided were very worn out. Bed pillows need replaced and they could use 4 per bed. The ones provided were flat - they did provide extra pillows and blankets as requested. Host could also provide basics such as hand-soapAnd Papertowels. There is no storage in the unit. A series of hooks around the unit would be useful and or more shelves or a dresser. No anywhere to hand wet items or towels. The balcony on the unit was very nice . The pool was clean but most chairs were broken. We would stay there again. Overall location and cleanliness was great. The unit just needs better stocked .

Stayed Sep 30, 2023I want to start by saying the room itself is fine.It was clean, updated, had a kitchen, (side note: coffee maker needs filters and coffee though (1-4 size.) Property is steps from the ocean & you can see if from the balcony. All of that is great. I hesitated to leave this review because the room itself really is decent; however, the property is located in an area that felt extremely unsafe. We were instantly uncomfortable when we pulled up & I was especially scared for my teenage daughter. She got out of the car to take down the rope for our parking space & within seconds a car stopped in front of her & she was approached by a man trying to get her to go with him. He looked to be in his 30's & my daughter very clearly looks underage. We also had a small rental car & because of the rain, there was so much flooding in the streets that I couldn't drive the car back to the property. After one night's stay, feeling unsafe, being approached by the man & then flooding, we decided to leave the property & find a safer neighborhood, even though we wouldn't get a refund. You can't put a price on feeling safe where you're staying & sleeping and spending the extra money to go somewhere else was the best decision I could've made. If you've been to Hollywood beach before & you feel comfortable in that area, then this a great option for you.
