We had the best week in Orange Beach. The house was perfect for our family of 7. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer was so helpful to us. The pool was awesome, the neighbors were so friendly!

Very clean, easily accessible to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds!

Check in was easy. We had everything needed for our stay. Location was great with easy beach access. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Overall the space was nice and location was really convenient. We had reserved parking spots for the beach access which was nice (wish there had been better communication of how that worked because we had to figure out where that was located on our own). The bedrooms upstairs were swapped..master bath and bedroom were tiny with no closet. The bunk room was really nice for our kids but no dresser or place to put their clothes. We were constantly going back and forth to get our items because of how we had to store things. (That’s not a deal breaker just irritating when you stay somewhere for a week). The AC struggled to keep up in the heat. We had to keep all blinds closed all day to help it perform better. The dryer had a really loud noise every time in use. Wish the upstairs could have been tile in both bathrooms and not carpet. Would be a nice update to the space. Kitchen was very spacious, clean and functional. We cook most of our meals. Loved the size of the table and that it was wood (not glass). The porch was a great space to drink coffee in the morning. Great location to pool and dumpster. Overall would give 4/5 rating because of the few negatives I mentioned but none were total dealbreakers.

This was a great family vacation spot and property, 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The location was great. We had plenty of room for my family of 6. The only issue was the parking. Only 1 large vehicle will fit in the drive. Overall, a very nice stay. TY

Overall, we had a good week. The property served its purpose as we were there for a softball tournament and didn’t get much beach time. As someone who usually stays on the beach for a beach trip, the access to the beach for this property wasn’t ideal but not terrible. The property was overall fairly small, tiny bathrooms oversized furniture for the space, and it definitely looked larger in the pictures. It worked for our family of five but wouldn’t recommend for multiple families, larger adults, or many more people than the five we had. I also thought it could use a really good deep cleaning

The home is in a great location and quiet complex. It’s very close to one of the pools. Overall, the home is spacious and clean. The A/C never got as cold as we would like, but It was fine. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. There are very basic kitchen amenities. Would definitely recommend bringing your own. The deeded beach access is great. We did try walking to the beach access but It was a little far for us. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay again!

We had 4 children and myself and husband. The condo was a perfect fit for us. We had more than enough towels and linens. I was so pleased to see a a travel size laundry, dishwashing, and dishwasher pod! Even a sponge! When we were tired of the beach we went to the pool! We were close to everything we could’ve needed or wanted! We will be back and I appreciate the prompt replies from the owner! Everything was clean and in order! Even had room in the yard to play some games!! This place is absolutely perfect!
