Marina Views & Cozy Sunroom: Condo in Branson!

Beautiful view overlooking the marina. Short drive to Branson Landing for our conference. Plenty of room. Overall, comfortable, but not fancy. Great place for a fishing week-end.

Our family spent our Christmas together, enjoying time at SDC and shopping. The room overall was good. There are a few maintenance items that need addressed. A screw fell out of one of the shower handles. We couldn’t find where that should go. The weather got nice and we opened up the windows . The fresh air was nice but it was a good thing my 18 month old grandson was within reach by their parents . Because he barely touched the screen and it popped out, enough that a child could fall out!!! That’s a 20 foot drop to the ground. I highly recommend you fasten the screens down better. An unattended child will fall through.

Excellent place

This could be a nice condo but needs deep cleaning and repairs. The first thing I noticed was the air filter that hadn’t been changed in who knows how long and the vent was clogged with dust. After vacuuming it out, there was half a vacuum of dust. We asked for new filter but never got one. Every light fixture had spider webs in them. You are welcomed in the condo by many spider webs on the front porch that could have been swept off before we got there. I had to tighten the towel racks and toilet seat in the master bathroom. The pots and pans had loose handles. The curtains in dining room need extra panels. This condo needs the owners attention.

The condo was nice but needed a better cleaning. There was a lot of dust, the washer and dryer need to be cleaned asap and lots of spider webs right outside the door. Beds were all comfortable and we had more than enough room to sleep our family.Sunroom was too hot to sleep in but opening both doors and leaving them open and turning the fans on made it bearable and helped with air flow. We also put a fan in there as well and there were no complaints after that. We arrived a little earlier than expected and we were able to check in at that time. Host was very good at communicating with us. We had everything we needed for our stay. View was great too! Thank you.

Only one parking space provided and another guest stoke it one night. A condominium for 10 should provide more parking spaces.

This unit slept up to 10 and did so comfortably but there is only one parking spot for the unit. The overflow parking mentioned for an additional vehicle is 2 spots for all the buildings in Anglers Point. The house was pretty clean but could use a good deep cleaning. The host and owners were very responsive. Overall it was a good fit for our group!

The stay was good. Not enough towels and washcloths for the number of people staying for a week or dishwasher soap. Beds and pillows comfortable but living room furniture was hard to get out of. Over all we enjoyed the view everyday. The pool and hot tub close to condo was not working.

Very nice place

We were a little disappointed that this was a top floor condo. Somehow I missed that while viewing properties. So my 81 year old mom had to climb stairs. She was not too pleased with me. The view of the river from condo was great! We loved that! We loved the spaciousness. The coffee keurig quit working and that was a bummer! Overall great property with all the necessities! We never used the amenities because we were so busy checking out the adventures in Branson.

My son and daughter in law reserved this for our family get together and it was nice , but the lighting on the stairs were very bad, my wife almost took a spill because of the lighting, no lights on the walls were on and the ones on the ceiling were very dim. Really dangerous for people in their 70’s. The condo next door was very well lit. Need to address this as soon as possible!

This condo was perfect! The full size kings bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms is a little hard to find. The price was perfect, the all Weather porch was the best spot for coffee every morning, and we LOVED looking out over the water. The only downfall would be its on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But as long as you’re able to get your stuff up two flights of steps, you won’t be disappointed. And the management company was so responsive and sweet! They were great. I’ve already shared the link with friends and family! Thanks for a great stay!!

This condo has large bedrooms and overlooks the water. It was well-stocked and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We had the best time in Branson and the condo was fabulous. After a long day of fun, it was great to come back to a Beautiful condo. The view was wonderful.

We all loved the condo. It has a very central location to all of our entertainment choices. My one complaint is cleanliness. One bathroom had mold in toilet. The floor needed sweeping. The view is great!

The condo was very nice. The only problem we had was the sunroom was hot at first. We had two children sleeping in there. But we opened the doors to circulate the air and it got better for them to sleep.

Great beds, comfy seating for 5 plus people in living room and sun porch both. Everything needed in kitchen and beautiful location.
