Newly renovated, Mari-Lee by the Sea is a beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on Cerulean Park, this top-floor unit offers stunning sunset views and overlooks the West end of the subdivision. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk to the Beach Club, Gulf, shopping, and dining.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Max Occupancy: 6 guests (Confirm guest count at least10 days prior to arrival)
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions)
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
-Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT
- Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (first come, first serve in parking lot behind building. - Additional spots are available nearby, but not guaranteed)
- Starter Pack: Includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
- Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
- Bikes: Not included, but available for rent nearby.
- Resort Amenities: Includes complimentary access to Watercolor community pools, the Watercolor - - Beach Club, and Camp Watercolor
- Elevator Access: To the top-floor unit.
- In-Unit Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer.
- Pack and Play: In guest suite closet.
- Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach club on a first come, first serve basis.
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club

King Suite: Features a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, dresser and closet storage, en-suite bath with dual vanity sink, and walk-in shower.
Guest Suite with 2 Twin Beds: Includes a ceiling fan, flat screen TV, closet storage, and en-suite entrance to a full bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower (also has hallway access).
Bunk Nook: Sleeps 3 in a Twin over Full Bunk with under-bed storage, privacy doors, no TV, and access to the shared full bath.

    Great location! You can easily walk to the beach club, beach and town square. Right across the street is Scratch bakery where you can get fresh coffee and delicious breakfast. It is also a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. Recommend getting bikes because Watercolor has beautiful bike paths, especially en route to Camp Watercolor. Condo is also beautiful and spacious. Appreciated the dedicated parking spot. Loved the patio and peacefulness of the area. Read the listing closely because you have to bring all toiletries, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. They do not supply enough to get you past 3 days depending on size of party. Check in and check out are strictly at 4:30 pm and 9 am respectively. Also - cannot accept Amazon packages. None of those items were deal breakers for the location and comfort of the condo.

    I have stayed in multiple homes in Watercolor over the years. This scores low for dishes - almost everything is plastic and teflon, there were no basics - salt, pepper etc. and every other place I have stayed at least had basic supplies. The AC is NOT great - you are lucky if it gets to 68 by 5 am. It does not properly cool. The sheets and beds are poor - who in this day and age uses 65% POLYESTER SHEETS? The hot water is luke warm at best. The best thing about this is the location. It can't be beat as it is across the street from the beach club.

    We had been looking forward to our family Spring Break for many months and had high expectations based on the listing. Despite that, the experience surpassed expectations. The place was modern but still cozy; location to Club, shops and short walk to Seaside was crazy convenient; proximity to bike rental and trails was great too; parking was easy with back lot and street parking; decks overlooking town or park were great for morning coffee with my wife and communication from rental team was good before and during. As expected, the third bunk room is very small - perfect for middle schoolers but tight for my high schooler but he made it work. The master bath is so nice we’re literally going to copy much of it when we finally remodel our 1990’s version.

    This was one of our best trips, due in large part to our beautiful condo for the week! It was clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location for Watercolor and Seaside. We also had access to all the offerings (including private beach entrances) of the Watercolor Inn. The condo itself was very spacious and included a lot of ‘extras, such as a floor fan for the bedroom. The bathrooms were extra large and the master suite had an awesome soaking tub! The wrap around porch was perfect for morning drinks, overlooking the fountains in the park. Communication was excellent and the best part…the air conditioner was the best we have ever had!!! We hope to return again soon.

    We enjoyed the location of the property and the amenities of the Watercolor Inn. The ice maker made very little ice and there were no dish towels in the kitchen. That is really my only complaint. Some nicer beach chairs would be a nice amenity. I have stayed in much nicer, larger properties in Orange Beach and Rosemary and I really appreciate it when they throw in a $10 pack of toilet paper and paper towels and some dish washer detergent.
