Nice place...easy access to Waikiki withiut the hustke and bustle.

This place is decently clean. The customer service here is awful from what I experienced. Seems like your an inconvenience for them. I never felt truly welcomed into this hotel. If your going to packaging your rooms with Expedia then you need to change your check in times

Family of 3 stayed for 7 days. They property had everything we needed for a great vacation. We loved the location, with great access to the beach and hikes. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back

I really enjoyed my stay here- check in was super easy and the unit had everything you could need, including beach things. The location was good too, close enough to walk to Waikiki but much calmer than that area and with free street parking, which was great. It was an even closer walk to the beach. It may have been a bad week for it, but the only thing I’d note is that the building’s elevator was out of service a couple times during my stay. Not a big deal for me, but something to consider if you have any issue with taking the stairs. Overall I’d stay again!

Overall we were happy with our stay! The room was clean and the host was responsive and we enjoyed the location. Parking was not great as the only options were to pay around 40 per day or park on the street (metered parking). This came as a surprise to us as most rentals have complimentary parking. Laundry was also not great as the machines are very old. My clothes did not appear to get cleaned properly.

Accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Accommodations were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Perfect little place to crash at the end of a long day. Had ample kitchen supplies to take care of meals if you decided you did not want to go out to eat. Also, ample beach supplies on balcony like chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Beach towels and blankets also provided. The only hangup was during check-in the check-in link sent to us did not work. It kept stating that it was too early for us to check in when in fact we were actually a few hours late. We made several attempts to contact the property manager and host via email and phone. Calling the phone number was worthless as we were put in a queue for a callback which we never got. We were eventually replied to by email with the repaired link which did end up working giving us the code to get into the property. Can’t really say if this was a host issue or a Vrbo thing but, it was very frustrating to start our vacation that way. All in all, very pleased with our stay and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Oahu.

Great little studio with all the amenities you need. Perfect location just a mile from the tourist chaos. Fantastic communication with the manager. The mattress is in need of replacement, however, it was comfortable. We sleep with an eye mask, but for those of you that do not the room needs blackout curtains. The light is pretty bright from the neighboring apartment/hotels..

Only complaint was the light at night into the room, but other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay

Host was communicative and genuinely seemed to care about our stay. Quick to respond with questions. They provided some welcoming amenities such as a couple of bottled waters and some snacks as well as stocking some handy supplies like laundry pods.

Great location, responsive host, many amenities. Host had complimentary bottled water, sodas, and chocolates waiting for us. We were able to get parking across the upper part of the park.

The room was clean, the location is excellent, WiFi works great. Clear communication on how to access the building and residence. It was a great experience.

We loved our 4 nights stay. Studio is spacious for two of us and equipped well, you can't cook meals, but good enough for making light breakfast/heating up takeouts. Enjoyed sitting at the table overlooking ocean in backyard. It was totally different Waikiki experience from what we had in past, no ABC store or coffee shops in a few steps away but we sure prefer this location to busy Waikiki strip. We did morning walk on Diamond head road to lookout, where we could see whales in far distance, swimming in nearby quiet beach. Host was easy to communicate and water/snacks gifts were great surprise upon check-in. Only complain is TV streaming/Wi-Fi sometimes got spotty, and dropped, and in-room safe had no key to lock, and we were told it is broken after email correspondences.It might be better to put a sign out of order if not usable. Otherwise everything you think you need is there, beach necessities, cooler box, laundry hamper, even umbrellas (for rain).Overall great place to stay, we love to come back.

Very nice room. Beautiful and quite very clean and comfy.

The property is not new but well maintained and clean and tidy. Well considered to stay like home having variety of goods including beach equipments. It has an electronic cooker and pans as well in the closet. It even has a first aid kit.

We had a very nice experience at your property. The location was ideal. The communication excellent. We would definitely stay there again. My only criticism would be that the furniture (mattress and couch) are past there prime and will need to be updated. Thank you

Check-in was a breeze, the property itself is great for being out of touristy downtown, but still walkable to the Waikīkī beaches. The communication from the property was top notch with INCREDIBLE customer service. I can’t wait to stay here again soon.

The apartment was easy to access, well stocked for our week stay. Close to beach, nice enclosed garden area on 1st floor. Speed of the Wi-Fi was fine. A/C kept the apartment comfortable.

Lovely property! So convenient on Kai mana side. Quiet, easy and a lovely place to walk downtown or toward diamonhead. Friendly surf zone if you can read the reef and awesome swim. Easy parking, friendly neighbors. Adore this space.

We loved being near the park and fountain. It was quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean. It was only a mile to downtown with all the shopping and restaurants. The unit was as described and a great value. We would come back for sure. It was perfect for the two of us.

Gold Coast is the best area for me to stay when I’m visiting my daughter! Condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, and wonderful communication with property manager. I will definitely be back. (Sunset view from the waterfront of building) Thank you!

Wonderful hosts, clean and relaxing space! Gated entry and great place to listen to waves while reading. Community chest was a nice touch. We were steps away from Kaimana Beach, fine dining (Arden Waikiki) and walking path, Queen Kapiolani Park, Waikiki. The host was personable and thoughtful in every way.Mahalo nui loa!

What an incredible experience. When I needed help, the help was so fast and kind. The location is my favorite part of Waikiki. Great places to walk and swim. The condo has everything that you would need, including a sun, hat! Beach, chairs, towels, and even snorkeling gear. Amazing! Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Well supplied vacation condo close and convenient to Waikiki and Diamond Head. Had all the amenities needed to support a great relaxing island getaway. Would stay there again.

All was great except the check in process. The only room recommendation is maybe some darker/blackout shades as the room is very bright in the morning.

Overall this is a two star room in a two star hotel. Best feature is the location and neighborhood with access to park, beaches and walkable dining. The place was very clean and had no bugs. Great ocean breezes, but plenty of street noise and neighboring condo lighting with open windows. Only place we have ever stayed that provided eye masks and earplugs on the night stands.Our experience with the rental agency and their automated booking system was horrible! They withheld our check in information until just hours before checking in after we had paid in full weeks before and completed their boarding pass process well in advance. They spoiled all of our anticipation and excitement for a lifetime trip accusing us of an invalid signature on our rental agreement that they had previously accepted and returned to us. We wouldn’t consider booking through them again.

We had a very nice day. It was a little walk to get to Waikiki, but it helped keep us in shape. A little bit away from the hustle and bustle and very close to Diamondhead Pickleball courts, which was appealing to us.

Older, low budget unit. That said, it fit our needs, was clean, staff/ owner are great and they have everything you'd need for your stay in the room. Technically Parking is available, but isnt real close and is at times hard to come by.

This was a very awesome property due to the lovely trade winds between screen door and windows, as well as all of the amenities available. They even left an entire section of the balcony filled with boogie boards, snorkeling gear and more. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed and it felt more like living in Hawaii for a week, rather than visiting. Being off the beaten path, yet walkable to Waikiki is great. Parking is really easy around Kapiolani Park and the view of Diamond Head is amazing. I can't wait to stay here again!
