Parking passes are required to park at the Maravilla condo. All guests must have a valid parking pass clearly displayed at all times. You can purchase your parking pass online and bring your receipt to the office to receive your pass. Office Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.

> Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
> Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.
> Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
> This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
> Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
> Maximum of 2 pets allowed – $100 each (non-refundable) + tax
> Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final sweep of the home before you depart.

    When we arrived elevator is not working. Requested early check-in but is charging us between 20-30 even if the unit is already clean.

    Condo was reasonably clean, comfortable and equipped. Pool area was nice. Some of the overall complex was in good repair, some not so much. We stayed at a different unit in the same complex a little over 2 years ago and there was some remodeling/construction going on, so we thought maybe this time of it would be finished and the complex would be better; however, there was more areas that were being worked on - as in equipment and supplies laying around in fenced off areas. But despite good weather and being there during the off-season, no actual work seemed to be taking place while we were there. I was also surprised to learn that the parking fee had more than doubled since the last time we were there. I think it was around 20 last time, and this time it came to 48 and some change with tax. It is nice, though, that all the parking is covered in the parking garage in the ground floor of the complex. All in all not bad, but I wonder about the financial solvency of the property because of the slowness of the work that has been taking place.

    The condo was very old, but the AC was cold, the shower was strong & hot, & the refrigerator and ice machine worked well. Great pool and hot tub and beach is across the street (which has 4 lanes of traffic plus a turn lane). Downsides include inadequate silverware (4 tablespoons, a serving spoon, and only 1 teaspoon, for example), broken drawer, couch and dining only for 2 people. Dust-laden ventilation system. One provided towel had blood stains. But other than these items, it was ok.

    Check in was ok but I paid parking ahead for so called convenience and still had to go to office to get parking pass. We are both cancer patients and elevator not working so had to climb stairs. Attendant in office not exactly friendly and I felt like we were bothering him

    The condo was nicely placed on the Seawall with a beautiful view. Accommodations were excellent. Don't forget to get a parking pass from office or via QR code inside elevator. Fun to have so many other pets around and the dog park was perfect.
