Being in the heart of town means you can walk to the best restaurants, coffee shops, & art galleries this quaint beach town has to offer. Whether you stay for a week or a month, it’s perfect for experiencing the best beach town in the bay.
r>The Space:
Floor-to-ceiling windows slide all the way open to create a breezy indoor + outdoor living space with the pool right outside your door. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. The condo is furnished with a queen-size bed and two comfortable sitting areas in the living room and patio. Fast wifi, Smart TV, AC, & blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, drinking water, and all the utensils you could need.

THE BEACH & BUCERIAS

You’ll never have to fight for a great spot on the beach, and it is only a 2-minute walk away! Show up at any time of the day and you’ll have lots of sandy space to choose from. The surf is gentle enough for swimming and just enough for boogie boarding. Other great activities include whale watching (Dec-Mar), baby turtle releases, stand-up paddleboarding, or sport fishing.

In town, enjoy a great selection of restaurants ranging from upscale to simple & quaint. Don’t forget to try some of the local dishes such as zarandeado-style fish, ceviches, and aguachile. Stop into the many art galleries, coffee shops, and boutiques - all within walking distance from your place. Thursday evenings are Art Walk Night, a self-guided tour of more than a dozen galleries and art boutiques that serve cocktails and refreshments along Lazaro Cardenas street. The craft market hosts dozens of stalls that sell both traditional Mexican items and souvenirs to take home and remember your vacation by.

THE PROPERTY

This small boutique property of only 10 units provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere to call your home away from home. A sparkling clean pool winds through the courtyard surrounded by lush greenery.

It’s also nice to be one block back from the main road that runs parallel to the beach because we get no traffic noise and plenty of street parking. Half a block away is MariPaz, our neighborhood mini-mart that has practically everything you could need. Otherwise, a quick 3-minute walk will get you to an Oxxo or a pharmacy.

Guest Access:
As our valued guest, you have access to the entire condo and all the amenities of Maravilla. Explore the tropical courtyard, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or savor a delicious barbecue on the Weber gas grill. Our main entrance smart lock ensures easy guest access. There is also a washer & dryer available. Please note that access to the condo building is restricted to registered guests for enhanced security and privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.

We are in Zona Dorada, which translates to Golden Zone, which is the area south of the river in Bucerias. Cooking classes, language lessons, an amazing selection of restaurants, and daily events around the neighborhood will always keep you having a great time.

Bucerias is a great jumping-off point for exploring everything Vallarta has to offer. By Car / Uber the property is only:

-- 30 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta
-- 30 minutes to Sayulita

Staying at our conveniently located condo in Bucerias provides you with easy access to all the attractions and amenities this charming beach town has to offer. With the central location in the Golden Zone, you'll find that most places of interest are within walking distance from your doorstep. Take a leisurely stroll just 2 blocks to reach the beach, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze.

When it comes to exploring further afield, Bucerias offers various transportation options. Taxis are readily available and can be hailed easily, allowing you to reach destinations beyond walking distance with convenience. If you prefer a more adventurous experience, renting a bicycle or scooter is a fantastic way to navigate the town and discover hidden gems along the way.

Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than 10 nights, ensuring a fresh and tidy space throughout your visit.
We provide beach gear, including towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs.
For your peace of mind, there is a safe in the condo.
Street parking is available.

    Our one bedroom condo had all that we needed for our three week stay. Our host was kind enough to leave a welcome gift for us as well as excellent instructions about where to find the laundry facilities and extra drinking water. The condo was comfortable and was cleaned for us weekly. Our host was easy to reach when we did have questions and they were answered immediately. The pool was right outside our door, although the water was a bit cold. The beach, shopping and restaurants were only short blocks away…. An excellent location for all our interests. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

    We have stayed here each Christmas for the past 3 years. The property is clean as is the courtyard and pool. The host is right on top of things as is Beach Please. Wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is clean and the people always welcoming. As my husband says on our last day each year, “ We have to go so we can come back”. Happy New Year!

    The grounds were very well kept, very quiet and pretty much looked just like the photos. Be aware that the unit itself has zero privacy… it looks right into the neighbours unit (who lives there full time) and is only about a three foot separation from your dinner table to theirs. The unit is very small and very basic. We had issues getting hot water until the very last evening. Turned out that the batteries in the water heater (on demand) unit needed to be replaced.., once replaced, we were able to have an enjoyable shower. Also, we were told the unit had brand new Tommy Bahama beach chairs we could use. All that was in the unit were two very rusty old chairs and we didn’t use them for fear they would break. I mentioned to the property manager that they should have chairs and an umbrella for use as there are no chairs or umbrellas for rent on the beach. One of the other rental units had two nice beach chairs and an umbrella… ours had nothing. There is also a problem with little tiny ants that climb on the counter. We were very careful not to leave anything resembling food out, but they came anyway. A definite bonus was having a really nice washer and dryer available in the garage area. We found that very handy!

    The entire process was easy - from reserving to checking in, check out, and everything in between. Eric made it very simple. The neighbors (permanent residents) were great people - nice conversation. We didn’t use the pool as it was a little chilly - but beautiful. We would go back.
