Maravilla 1413, Beach Service, 2 pools, Internet

The property is alright, but the host is terrible. Wasn’t helpful at all. The beach service is rude, and isn’t friendly.

Overall it was an amazing vacation. Maravilla condos had all the amenities and more for a great family vacation and distance to the beach! Great service, clean grounds, awesome pools, evening grills, pickleball and basketball matches, and beautiful beach! Will stay here again next summer! Children 14 and 11 loved it! We even met new friends! :)

We had a great time and the property was exactly as described. It was clean, very inviting, and had comfortable beds. The location was great as well, and we loved the easy walk to the beach. Having the wagon to bring our stuff with us to the beach was a game changer! If we go back to the Destin area, we know where we are booking to stay! Vladimir was very quick to respond with a pre-visit question. We never had any issues during our stay that required us to reach out to him. Highly recommended unit!

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The owners were quick to respond with any questions you may have had. The unit ended up being ready early and we were able to checkin a little bit earlier than the posted time!! This was awesome to start our vacation a little bit early!! Thank you all and we are looking for another short weekend to stay already!

Property was steps away from beach. The inclusive beach service with chairs was perfect. The property had lots to do two pools, bike rentals, walking trail and fitness room. It was close to shopping and grocery store. It was a great start to the summer

Very comfortable bed with nice working heater (necessary during February). On the quieter end of this large condo complex. Plenty of space to walk your dog in the association.

Condo had everything we needed and was very nice. Wonderful complex with pools, parking, pet friendly, clean, safe and very accessible.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The condo was beautiful, clean as a whistle and fully stocked!! The 2 free chairs and umbrella at the beach were a great bonus! The walk to the beach consisted of walking across the parking lot and across the street..3 mins tops! We will gladly stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the house was clean, well-equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway and we'd definitely come back. Vladimir was great, responded in a timely manner and answered all our questions.

My family and I had an exceptional vacation and stay at this lovely condo. From the beautiful decor, cleanliness, location to amenities, beach access and the extra touches we couldn't ask for more to add to the quality of our vacation! In addition, the host was very responsive and attentive. Everything was beyond our exoectation and we look forward to returning.

We had a blast and loved the location

Easy walk to the beach. The chair service was great, check in easy. Had one quick question when we got there and Vladimir answered within minutes. Everything in the condo worked and is updated. We forgot sand toys and were pleasantly surprised to find a set here for our use. We will be looking for this place when vooking spring break for years to come!!!

The condo looked new. It was light and tastefully decorated and most importantly - it was clean. Would definitely stay there again.
