Located just moments from restaurants, with the wharf and beach only a few minutes level stroll away, this address cannot be beaten. Sitting on the soaring Eighth floor of the iconic Manly National security building, this chic beach pad reveals stunning views over the ocean and the village, Manly, Queenscliff and Shelly Beach. It gives you views of the waves, sunrise and the sunset.

This sunlit, split-level layout features a combined living and modern kitchen area opening to an undercover balcony taking in the coastal vista, while great views over Manly Oval, Manly Wharf and beyond to the city can be enjoyed from the bedroom. The bedroom comes with built-in wardrobes and an ensuite with a bath. You can enjoy a smart TV with Netflix account to login, unlimited fast Wi-Fi internet, and we have a sofa bed that can be setup upon request.

The Modern kitchen includes a dishwasher and Internal laundry facilities with a dual washer and dryer machine (both in one machine!)

Please note that there is secured parking in the council parking lots located in the building. There is a small no of free residents parking spots available on the R4 parking level, but they are first come, first serve, and there is no guarantee that you will have free parking. You can park for free for 2 hours in the council parking lot and there is an overnight parking fee if accessing with a paper ticket.

There is a communal rooftop entertainment area with a plunge pool and a BBQ available for your use.

You'll be able to see the sunrise on the ocean from the balcony and also straight from the bedroom :-)

There will be local parrots and cockatoos that will swing by on the balcony during the day. Please do not feed them!

    We were so surprised as to how close we were to restaurants and shops and only minutes away from 2 amazing beaches in Manly. The apartment was absolutely perfect....it had all the amenities that was needed. Definitely look at this one...we looked at quit a few properties before locking this down.

    I loved the apartment! The one bedroom apartment seemed so much bigger because of the perfect layout and amazing view.Its location in the middle of all the ammenities and short walking distance to the beach was fantastic.

    The location, view, and overall condition of the condo was as lovely and convenient as promised. The communication with the hosts was excellent and timely. We even had the cockatoo come by the porch. We were amazed at how cool the condo stayed despite the unusually high temperatures when we arrived; the fan and cross ventilation work well. Also unexpected was the lack of screens yet they were unnecessary since there were no flies!The building is well-maintained although a bit dated. The condo is clean and well-appointed. I would not recommend it for those that are mobility-challenged given the stairs both to access the condo from the hallway and within the condo. The only item missing for us was a coffee pot yet there are plenty of delicious coffee shops nearby, as well as, bakeries and cafes. We especially enjoyed the one right in the building yet also liked the meat pies in the bakery across from the thrift shop. While a bit intimidating, the directions to find and get the key/fob/parking access are very well-explained and work well. This is a superb location for exploring the National Park, catching the ferry to Sydney and enjoying all that Manly Beach has to offer,

    The space was just as described. It is quite small but this was expected. The views of the beach are amazing and we enjoyed watching the surfers each morning over coffee. We made frequent use of the ferry to explore Sydney and we used a car to make day trips to the Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley wineries - on site parking was very convenient. We especially recommend the Grand Canyon Walking Track outside of Katoomba. There are many excellent restaurants in Manly Beach within walking distance. The beer at 4 Pines Brewing was excellent!

    I have struggled with whether to provide a review or just ignore the review request. So Let me first focus on the positives. Excellent host contact, service and flexibility including an early check in. Thank you! Good location. Easy booking process, fantastic views, plenty of towels, cleanish… see reference to bug comment later. Limitations - we got off to a rocky start as the bedding was not in good order which if I am being honest set the tone for the apartment. The host management company reacted immediately and positively, they had new bedding delivered the same day. The main concern was the accommodation is tired…. it’s not dirty but generally worn. Examples include 2 drawers in the chest of drawers were broken and unusable. Regretfully Cockroaches came up out of the kitchen and bathroom plug holes, despite using a can of bug killer during the week; we understand from other flat dwellers this is a common problem and not unique to this flat. None of the Crockery matched, the bedding was polyester and un - ironed; in my world, it’s the small things that make the difference. Would I truly recommend this place to family? If it had a spruce up and replaced some of the basic kit plus nice bedding, I would say yes. I trust this is a fair review, it is made a a business owner myself who has no desire to damage anyone’s reputation yet wants to arrive at accommodation that makes one feel relaxed.

    We loved our stay. The apartment was close to the beach, shops, cafes and only 7 minutes walk to the wharf to connect with the ferry. An absolutely perfect location. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the surfers at the beach . The bed was very comfortable and the the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

    This unit is in a great position just off the Corso with a fabulous view looking over Manly Beach to Shelley Beach, our favourite! Well equipped and comfortable. I just can’t work out how the layout of the building works inside!!!

    We spent Christmas and New year here visiting our son who is in Sydney. The flat was perfect for days on the beach and for exploring the North beaches up to Palm beach and walking the coast Manly to Bondi.We had a swim to Shelly and back most days Feeling fit and healthy after our stayRecommend the Fika bakery and Girdlers Cafe for brunch both nearby

    Great location for relaxing and having fun in the Manly beach area of Sydney. We walked or took public transportation, but the availability of parking for a personal vehicle would be a plus for most. Sunrise views from the deck are incredible. No central AC, but fans kept us comfortable during our springtime stay. Many thoughtful amenities included. We loved it.

    The beautiful property was exactly and pictured and you just can't get enough of that view! Coffee on the balcony for morning sunrise and back out for wine at night to listen to the waves. In addition to multiple beach activities, there is a roof deck with plunge pool. Great communication, easy to check in, ideal location. I did not need a car~7 minute walk from the ferry.

    Tidy high level unit with view of main beach and across to Shelley Beach. So close to everything with nice cafe at ground level and steps away to everything Manly has to offer. Great owner to deal with. We will be back!
