Manitou Springs Escape w/ A/C & Private Deck!

Great location

This house is just lovely and had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean and quiet. Checked in and out with no problems. The local deer herd visited us every day! We wanted something in Manitou Springs and this is very close to the center of town, shops and all the tourist locations we were exploring so it is in a great location.

Great place for family. Gameroom and bunk beds for kids.

Great location for anyone looking to explore Manitou Springs. Walkable or a short drive to the free route 33 shuttle that can take you up and down Manitou Springs and to the Pikes Peak Railway and Manitou Incline. The property has plenty of space for the entire family and ample parking if your group is coming in multiple vehicles. Everything was clean and the host was available for any questions we had.

This house is in a very nice area and only a couple of blocks from a park and river-walk path. It is central to many interesting areas including the Garden of the Gods and the Red Rock Canyon Open Space. We loved the amenities at the house including the fire place. We would stay here again, and definitely would recommend this house to others planning a trip to Manitou Springs

We were happy with the condo z it was comfortable and excellent location for all of our activities.

We were in town for a wedding and also enjoyed sight seeing and exploring in the area. We were very comfortable and found everything we needed was provided! Thanks for such prompt responses to my communications both before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean and was set up perfectly for our stay. They had some fun games out in the garage and the downstairs as perfect for the kids. They were also very welcoming sending text to check in on us to see if we needed anything.

Very close proximity to all of the area hot spots. Pikes peak. Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods. Kids loved the basement; was like their own personal suite

Condo was in a great location close to major attractions and a charming town with interesting shops and wide variety of restaurants. Everything we needed was there for our use. Would go again!!

Highly recommend this home! As someone who used to manage a property on VRBO, my family really appreciated the care the owners and property managers provide to make the home comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The guest information and area recommendations were so helpful. Communications pre and post check in were excellent.

5 stars, no complaints at all, Everything from the perfectly sized house for the 6 of us, to the great location. The house itself was great, with towels, bedding, tv’s and wifi, comfortable spaces to come back to and relax after a fun day of exploring. The house is located within 20 mins of just about anything you could want to do in the area.

There were six family members (including me) and the experience was very positive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. We had no problems.

We had a great time and loved staying at the property. We had a problem with the door code not working but they were super responsive and it took just a few minutes to get a key to use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts reached out and asked if we needed anything and made sure we were good. Garden of the Gods was in close proximity which was ideal and we also liked going to Red Leg and Ivywild. Great location and place overall!

We loved the stay in Manitou Springs and our stay in our condo. We plan on going back and thank you very much to the host for all the information regarding the condo, the area, and keeping us informed about the weather storm. We recommend this condo to anyone that is planning a visit to Manitou Springs and look forward to our next stay again.

Property shows a bit of wear, but is comfortable and has everything you might need. The area is quiet and yet still walkable to downtown Manitou and a short drive to everything worse in the area.

Great location between downtown Manitou and Garden of the Gods. Comfortable property and amenities. Foosball table and tv in the garage was a bonus

5-10 minutes to so many area attractions. Close to main downtown area that has so much character. Host and cleaners made themselves known to be available though I never needed to contact them about anything. Condo was clean and in good repair. Might suggest new mattresses soon however would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This is a great place for couples or families. The home offered everything you would need and the hosts are excellent at communication.

The description said Mountain View, and there was none. The hammock in the back yard faced a fence. Back yard area had trash. The house itself was dirty, and not well kept. Floors were dirty.

This home offered us easy and convenient access to the wedding venue at Craftwood Peak, the main reason we were in town. Plus we visited Manitou downtown and enjoy their wonderful restaurants. Then there were the activities in Manitou, like - Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellers - which we enjoyed and Manitou offers even more we just couldn't get to them all. We were a family of 7 in all and this house and all the amenities, we needed to keep everyone happy & safe. Would recommend it to other families.
