Manasota Key Condo! Private Beach access.Gulf and Bay views

They thought of everything you could possible need ... beach chairs, umbrella, noodle, towels, cooler, net bag and more. The unit is tastefully decorated and comfortable, except the bed, that mattress was very firm. There is covered parking under the unit that keeps your vehicle shaded, a nice pool out front, patio tables and BBQ grills or a short 2 block walk to restaurants. Docks on the intercoastal side and a short walk across the street to the private beach. There is an outdoor shower at the beach, but no restroom. Great place to relax and soak up some Florida sun.

This place was excellent! It was very clean, had everything we needed. The pool was great, 2 min walk to the gorgeous private beach- no crowds!!! Area Bars and restaurants were excellent. Relaxing escape to paradise! We will be back!!!!

The property was beautiful, and clean. Great amenities and close to restaurants, bars and the bay AND ocean. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved the view of the bay from the balcony. Pool was great and the private beach is a few minutes walk across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were right on the sound with terrific water views from the balcony. The unit was stocked very nicely with all necessities, and the parking was right underneath the unit.If I had to say anything at all negative about our stay, it would be the distance from the ocean. It wasn't just across the street; it was a couple of blocks away. But, nonetheless, it was reachable & we enjoyed our time there as well. All in all, it was a very good choice for the money.

We stayed here for 3 nights before checking in with the rest of our family, down the road. The location was excellent, the pool was wonderful, the house was spotless and absolutely everything we had needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and easy access to beach. Great view of bay, and walking distance to 4 local restaurants/bars.

Easy check in, parking under building was great. Not so easy for seniors to walk up the steps to unit with luggage etc. There is an adjoining efficiency unit available but the connecting door is not very sound proof. This is a corner unit and was bright, clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was too hot and humid to enjoy the balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. Easy walk across main road to private beach. Public beach is open again with porta potties. Hurricane Milton destroyed this island but restaurants are open again and there is a lot of reconstruction going on. We never used the small pool but there was a lot of activity in it in the afternoons. All together we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This wasn’t on the beach like we expected, but it was across the street and an easy walk. The bay is nice and has benches to sit on. We were able to walk to a few restaurants. The condo is beautiful and was just what we needed.

We loved our stay. Leo and Margaret's condo was perfect for us. It was everything we saw online. We had a really nice time - love the beach and the pool. We'll be heading back next year

Wonderful place to enjoy beach, sunsets, and even a pool!

Leo was an amazing host! He was on site and always available if we had a question. He helped carry our bags upstairs and again down when we left--so appreciated! The place was spotless and there were plenty of all the basics, which was so nice and much appreciated. We are beach people so that was where we headed each day. There were nice beach chairs to use and plenty of beach towels. We enjoyed our week and highly recommend Leo's place for its location. Thanks to Leo for providing such a relaxing week and letting us stay in your very nicely decorated beach condo!

Great spot on the key. Easy beach and bay access and walk to the restaurants. Very clean and quiet.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The condo & property were very nicely done & in a great location. We would definitely love to come back!
