Stayed Dec 31, 1969We waited one hour to receive the code to enter the unit when we arrived in Maui on 7/4. We were forced to change units in the middle of our 5 night stay in Maui. While we paid for the full price, we were asked to leave the unit at 10am 7/6, and wait till 4pm 7/6 to check in to another unit. This is crazy! We had to change our excursion plan and wait for the call to see when we can move to the new unit. In the meantime, they changed the code to our room so we are locked out with all our stuff inside while we were at the pool. Very poorly managed and communicated. I didn’t mind the inconvenience of packing up and move but they certainly make it even more difficult for me.

Stayed Jun 27, 2022The listing stated that we would receive access codes the morning of check in for 4pm check in. We had not received the info by 3 so we called. They indicated that the system was set to trigger release the codes AT 4pm and that we would get a text. We did not receive a text by 4:40 and so called. We were on hold for approx 10 min and finally received a text.

Stayed May 20, 2022I did not learn until after paying ALL the fees that the on-site restaurant, deli, market, exercise room were all closed. Also we did not have wifi until the last evening. I asked Vacasa of Hawaii to consider discounting some of the fees, received no response. I would like to know if this is standard operating procedures for Vrbo or Vacasa or both. Thanks.

Stayed Jul 21, 2021What is there not to love? Location, views, amenities, and did I mention the views! such a lovely place, it can use an update and a better job of cleaning and dusting, but overall, I would love to go back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Mana Kai Maui condo building is in a fantastic location right on a great beach with prime snorkeling. Feels resort-like with sports rental shop, activities desk, deli/store and a restaurant all in the building. The view is good and the condo was very well equipped in the kitchen, has beach accessories and good AC. Somewhat strange layout as the second bedroom is a separate, connected unit. We would definitely seek this building and unit on a return visit to Maui. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was in the perfect location and had an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped and it was very spacious for 2 couples, could not fault it! `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
