Stayed Apr 9, 2026Overtly hyped, dark and untidy. Not a bang for the buck you pay. Just avoid if you can. Only plus is its distance from the village but there are several other options too.

Stayed Feb 27, 2026The location was great. We booked this location as it stated in two places that there was a heated pool on site. There was no pool and the property manager stated it was VRBO’s wrong doing in stating the misinformation. When we arrived the hot tub was not open and not in working order either. Other full time tenants said it had not been working for a while. It would have been nice to be notified and there should have been some compensation for misleading marketing and the non working spa.

Stayed May 24, 2024This condo is a basic, small place to stay. Very good location with a very easy walk to the #81 bus stop and a short-ish walk to the Mammoth Village. Queen bed is a firm memory foam bed, fairly comfortable, but the bed frame is made to look like trees with knots and unfortunately, one of the knots is at ankle height. I painfully hit my ankle on it several times while walking through the narrow area between the wall and the bed. In addition, while it wasn't a problem in May, there is only 1 heater for the entire place in the main living area, because the heater in the bedroom is broken and the fire place is walled off. I would think it would be fairly cold and uneven heating in the winter. The futon in the living room is very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. The galley kitchen is small, only 2 people can use it at once and even then its tight. The bathroom is fine, but the bath fan is very loud when it is turned on. The shower has an elaborate fake rock wall which is an odd contrast to the simplicity of the rest of the place. I might stay here again, but I'd likely pay a little more to get a slightly nicer, more comfortable place. I've stayed at many similar, but nicer places in Mammoth.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026The condo was perfect for a quick ski trip for our family of three. The kitchen was stocked with basic essentials for cooking and the sofa bed worked great for our kid. The shuttle stop is a short walk (few minutes) away and it was very easy to get to Canyon Lodge and the Village. The condo is a bit dated but it had all the essentials for a great trip!

Stayed Feb 1, 2026I have stayed here a few times now, and I highly recommend. The bed is a tempur-pedic, which provides a great night's rest. The water gets hot within 10 seconds in the sink and the shower. It is always clean when you come in, and parking is easy and right out front. It's a seven-minute walk to the Gondola. The place has plenty of coffee filters and usually provides coffee. The first night I stayed on my most recent trip, pretty sure there was a racoon or something underneath the floor space in the kitchen, as this is a first-floor unit and I was hearing strange noises as like 2am. I notified management the next day, and they immediately sent someone over to check. I left the outside light on the last few days of my trip and no critters returned.

Stayed Jan 22, 2026Feels like a cheap flip, doing the bare minimum to make it look presentable. Location is great, very walkable to town, and the bed is comfortable. Not a place you want to hang out at, but it does the trick for a place to stay for a weekend in the snow.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025The condo is convenient for a ski trip since it's nearby the gondola in the village, however, someone can tell it's a very old condo that hasn't been renovated for quite a while. The main issue though is that the condo was extremely cold when we arrived and it took us almost 2 days to bring it to a normal temperature

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Good communication about check-in and during our stay. Everything was really clean and the unit is as described/shown on VRBO. Location gives you easy access to the Village or Canyon lodges. The mattress is slightly uncomfy but after a long day of skiing, it really didn’t matter and everything is very comfortable! Like any downstairs unit, there was some foot traffic noise from upstairs but not disruptive. Overall perfect place for a quick ski trip!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Close to the village but probably longer than you want to be walking in ski boots and carrying your gear. The place was clean and had all the necessary items. The instructions did not mention we needed to put a permit for parking. We got a warning sticker which was pasted on the window of our vehicle saying it would be towed by 4pm. It look my partner 30 minutes to scrape off the warning sticker. The heat is also only in the living room so you’ll need to leave all doors open to get heat in the bedroom and bathroom and even then it was still a bit cold.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025I’ve stayed in the complex before, and this unit did not disappoint per usual! Very spacious for 2 people and a short walk to the village gondola for skiing and getting to the restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jan 2, 2025The location is excellent. Taking the blue line to and from canyon lodge was extremely convenient, even with younger kids and their gear! The walk to the village is quite short if you're not carrying gear, so it gives options if you want to eat out in the evening. We were a little concerned about the size of the condo for 4 people but it turned out just fine! The condo makes efficient use of the space. We were able to leave the futon extended as a bed the entire time for the kids and it didn't obstruct the way too much. I would probably look for something larger for 4 adults, but it works great for a family of 4 with kids that can share a smaller bed.We would definitely stay here again!
