🚗 Important Things to Note

• Parking: 2 parking passes provided. Additional parking is available along Lake Mary Road via the nearby footpath & additional parking on Tyrol Ln as well. AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months.

• Stairs: This is a two-level townhome with stairs required to access all sleeping areas.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is pet friendly. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 1 pet can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

• HVAC: This home does NOT have AC.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
