This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome features granite countertops, slate

flooring and beautifully remodeled bathrooms, offering the perfect mountain

retreat for families and groups. Located in the heart of Mammoth, Mammoth

Estates provides the ideal blend of convenience and tranquility, while tucked

away in a peaceful forest setting. The main level offers an open-concept

living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a

day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to

prepare meals with ease, while the dining area seats eight comfortably with

additional seating at the breakfast bar. Also on this level is a bedroom with

a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom

features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom includes two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom is ideal

for kids or larger groups with two sets of twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is

located nearby for shared use. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10

guests. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable

    Great location, property offers room for large family. The property is nice, a little outdated.

    This was the perfect condo for a large family or friends getaway! The place was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some fabulous meals, in terms of pots, pans, etc. bring your own sugar, oil etc. nice bunk beds for the kids to share a room. The only problem was that the directions to find the place in the dark were not good. We had a hard tome finding it upon arrival. Do not recommend you arrive in the dark. I like Eagles Lodge it’s much less congested and if you arrive early enough you can get parking close.

    This condo is perfect for 2 families. It is fairly spacious and comfy. Close to the Village and Canyon Lodge so easy access to skiing. Would definitely consider staying here again.
