Stayed Dec 31, 1969Don't I wish! Mammoth Estates is a beautiful development perfectly located between all the best activities and the center of town. The condo (our second stay in this unit) is very clean and super cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (except the food, of course) to cook our meals and, frankly, I was jealous of the matching glass and dinner ware. The beds are super comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, the bathrooms spotless and stocked with big bottles (not those dinky hotel ones) of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, not to mention plenty of towels, TP, etc.Opening the kitchen window and rear sliding glass door let's a perfect breeze through, not to mention the scent of mountain pine trees. There is a beautiful pool and big Jacuzzi and sauna, plus a rec room with ping pong and a pool table (bring quarters) where our kids and their friends got to play pool for the first time. Very nice.Parking is abundant. A stop for the free trolly is a 5-minute walk away to take you and your bikes wherever you want to go, either down the hill into town to shop for groceries, or up the hill to the ski slopes, lakes or hiking trails. This was our second stay at Mammoth Estates and we look forward to making many more wonderful memories there in the years to come.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom bed is perhaps a double bed and I called in advance to ask the size of the bed and they told me it was a queen. Also, the master toilet broke on its second flush. They fixed it immediately. Other than that, it truly was a great stay- well-equipped kitchen, nice spa and sauna area. Perfect location!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great stay! While an older condo, it was clean and well maintained. Parking was never an issue and the Village is a short walk away. Even the walk back from the Village Gondola uphill in ski boots wasn’t too much of a chore. Would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I rented three condos at the same time. All three were great. They just need to upgrade their microwaves and their stoves little old fashion. and one other thing, June was the best.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Came here for spring break with my three teenagers. We really enjoyed the warmth of the home, the clubhouse and proximity to the village. We will definitely come back.

Stayed Mar 16, 2023Overall, this is a great place to stay. It's roomy and clean and a short walk to the village. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because as a VRBO host myself, I expect a vacation rental to go above and beyond. When we arrived, the walkway to our front door was not shoveled. We had to walk through a foot of snow. There was sunshine the entire day and we didn't get there until dark. Inexcusable. The other thing that was annoying is there was no live network tv. All streaming through a third rate option so we were not able to watch any life news, sports or other programing. Also, in this day and age, there should be a lock box or keypad so you don't have to drive to a separate location to get the keys. Lastly, parking is hit or miss. I understand there's a lot of snow and some spots are not available, but we had to park a long ways away. Again, those are my gripes - I would still recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice place. Bedrooms downstairs so they stayed cooler in the Mammoth summer heat wave. Nice kitchen with enough supplies -- but definitely bring your own herbs/oil/spices as there isn't really any there for visitor use.
