without the hustle and bustle. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is

non-smoking and pets are not permitted. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home

is spread over two levels and offers a spacious floor plan with upgrades

throughout. Enjoy vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace that creates a cozy yet

refined atmosphere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to

prepare family meals, and the adjacent dining area comfortably seats ten.

Relax in the living room on the large sofa while enjoying the gas fireplace

and large flat-screen TV. Upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed

with access to a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower level

includes the remaining three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom

offers a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and

tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third

bedroom includes two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, providing sleeping

space for four. These rooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Additional amenities include a mudroom at the entry for gear storage, and a

private semi-covered balcony with outdoor seating on the upper level. This

unit is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether

you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and

outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to

take you around town. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot

tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer

months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to

Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation

facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool,

steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio,

racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness

    Our group of 10 stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for two days of riding. We loved how it was 5 minute walking distance from the gondola.

    This property is in a great location, near the village, gondola and bus transports. We really appreciated the snow shovels! These items need attention: Dishwasher door gasket needs to be replaced, dvd player in main room nonoperational, fireplace/heater would not operate properly.

    Beautiful location! Mammoth Estates Unit #119 was mostly updated, but had a few old and/or broken things in need of renovation (ie no fan in 2nd floor bathroom, wonky shower fixtures). Overall VERY convenient near Village with ample parking and walkability.

    We enjoyed our stay in unit 119. The two sets of bunk beds were fun for the kids and made plenty of space for everyone. The pots and pans could use some upgrading and the utensil holder of the dishwasher was broken. Other than that it was a lovely stay with a great location close to the village. The community center was a great place to congregate and play ping pong and pool. The hot tub was large with lot of room for many people

    This place was clean and cozy. The best location in Mammoth and it's in walking distance of the Village. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the host!
