Stayed Oct 11, 2025Beautiful condo in a perfect location for a vacation. Only issues were when we checked in there were no paper towels or dish soap and soon found out there was two half rolls of toilet paper in the bathers an only 1 replacement. Thankfully we only stayed a few days. Messaged the owner who said they would remedy but unfortunately did not happen. Also the pool at cabana was closed due to construction and the other pool/hot tub heater was broken and was rather cold so we stayed at beach.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Loved the location and ease of check-in at this adorable property. Perfect for a family, with a king bedroom and pullout sofa, plus 2 hall bunks for kids. The property was clean, well-stocked, and the king bed was so comfy. Had a great time and slept amazingly. Thanks so much for the great hospitality! Can't wait to come again.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025The weather was only in the 50s, but February is always iffy. Door lock/ knob had to be replaced. We couldn’t go anywhere for the first day waiting for locksmith to replace the lock. Property manager was very responsive when we called. He sent a locksmith within the hour, however he had to come the next day to replace the lock. Said he would be there between 9 and 10am. He didn’t show up until 1:20pm. Other than the first day lost, visit was enjoyable.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024This was a wonderful property. It was in a quiet neighborhood, just a quick walk across the street to the beach. The crosswalk was helpful even though the street wasn’t terribly busy. The owner was very responsive and even allowed early checkin. Beds were comfortable. The place was extremely clean. We would love to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Gulf Place is one of my favorite complexes to stay at in Santa Rosa, and this trip was no different! Steps away from private beach access, this location cannot be beat. The condo was perfect for our group of four adult friends, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to lounge around and play games while waiting out some short summer storms. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 26, 2024We truly enjoyed our week at Santa Rosa Beach and our condo. Easy booking process, clean condo, had everything we needed, right across the street from the beach. The free washer/dryers onsite was very helpful. The guys with 30A Shade Beach chair service was great to work with for our umbrella and chairs each day. We drove down Gulf Scenic Drive and had dinner at Miller’s Ale House, it was wonderful!
