Everything at the condo we wonderful. We we very comfortable and felt welcomed. Loved the Christmas decor.

We did not use the pool so cannot rate it. The unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated for Christmas. Communication was excellent.

We had a great stay in the condo. It was close to everything in and around Branson. Very clean unit and easy check-in. The only issue we had was the volume level on TV’s in bedrooms even on full blast you could barely hear the tv. Overall we would stay in the unit again. We would also recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time in Branson. This was our first visit. The unit we stayed in was very clean, spacious, updated, and close to everything in Branson! It was even decorated for Christmas, which we loved! We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Branson in the future.

This property was amazing! It was nicely cleaned when we arrived and had calming music playing throughout the rooms as well as the AC turned on. The location was perfect, with top floor view of the golf course and short walk across the street to the clubhouse and pool.

We really had a wonderful time in Branson and much of that enjoyment came from the condo we were able to stay at with Grand Welcome. Our Condo was so beautiful and spotless when we arrived and the care taken and follow up each day we were there is priceless! I thought that kind of caring no longer existed but I was wrong. Me and my family cannot praise enough our stay.

Check in: Checking in and having all the information you need was super easy. The host began a text thread with me about two days before our arrival. In the first text was a link to a digital “Guide Book” for our stay. It had check-in information, rules,codes and wifi password, and other items along with checkout information. How nice is that? Even if you can’t find what you printed before you left, they make it so easily accessible from your phone or computer. Communication: The host was fantastic and quick to respond. If I sent a text they would answer within minutes. Checkout info is posted on the refrigerator which is a perfect spot for reference as you are rushing around on the day you are leaving. (By the way, checkout instructions are not so long that you feel like you are the cleaning crew - simply run the dishwasher, take out trash, and put towels in the washer.) Absolutely beautiful and cozy. Right when my small family (mom, dad, kid, and 1 year old) walked in the front door, we thought, “Whoa! This is where we get to stay?” It honestly is way better than the pictures online. Someone has styled this home with an intentional color scheme and with classic comfort. The yellows, deep blues, and reds throughout create a peaceful aesthetic. You could easily sleep 6 people as the big brown comfy living room couch is a hideabed (We didn’t use this so we are unsure of the sleeping comfort level.). The beds are co
