The host was great. Very helpful when I had questions. Enjoyed the amenities. We did have a little problem with drainage in kitchen sinks. Clarification on the parking garage levels, like which level for visitors, and which level to picked up luggage carts would be helpful. Overall had a very nice stay.

Loved this condo. Great location and good communication with host. Addressed any issues and questions quickly. The bed in the master is extremely uncomfortable and firm. It’s also very thin and worn down. Even a topper would’ve helped. We would have loved to have some beach items or wake boards and chairs and some extra linens or blankets. But overall great spot for a fall break stay!

Accurate listing, easy check in process, friendly and responsive host!

The condo room itself was great. Perfect for our weekend. Location and views were nice. The Magestic Towers were doing some renovations, which will hopefully make the resort look more updated. But James Condo was great.

We had a relaxing unplugged weekend. There were some minor cosmetics issues. But all and all is was a great weekend! Would love to return.

This place far exceeded our expectations! Condo is exactly as described, great ocean views, beautifully decorated (everything looked new!), super clean, thoughtful and plentiful amenities, conveniently located, pool fabulous, beachfront was amazing and clean, Majestic Beach Resort staff very helpful and friendly. Owner has thought of everything you could possible need for your vacation - he also responded to my questions very quickly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils/pans, etc. Check in was super easy. I would highly recommend staying here. If we ever visit PCB again, we will definitely stay at this condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Everything was great. The only problem was the toaster not working properly. Otherwise, it was a great time and we would do it again.

Stay was great and clean!

The location of the condo was very good. Check in was simple because we were told information beforehand. It's an older building but had good amenities. There was one elevator out of service while we were staying there which made check in VERY lengthy because we had to stand in line to get our stuff to our room. And every day around check in time was very difficult to get an elevator and we did have to take the stairs a couple times despite being on the 15th floor beacuse we would be waiting 15 min or longer for an elevator if we didnt. Also the cleanliness of the room was very subpar. Multiple stray hairs on sheets, on the bathroom counter and also on the shower wall was still present. Also shampoo still smeared on the inside shower curtain. Our bedsheets had something stuck to it and we just had to cover it with our top sheet because we were using the spare set for our pull out couch for the kids. Well Kept, Clean, and had the essentials we needed to be comfortable. Just a few light bulbs out lamp with no lightbulb and a lamp couldn't turn on. Towels for the beach and one washing machine pod would have been nice.

The condo was great. James was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. Kitchen was Nicely equipped. I would've liked a couple of dish towels for drying but otherwise a very nice placeandwould recommend

This was our second time staying at Majestic Beach Resort, but our first time in this particular condo and all I can say is, AWESOME!!!!!The owner was extremely responsive and kind, which is such a breath of fresh air now a days! The condo was absolutely perfect!!! It was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully!!! it was the perfect amount of space for my son and me, but could comfortably accommodate more guests.You can hear the ocean perfectly from the 15th floor and we were able to see dolphins playing several times during our stay.The restaurant by the pool has amazing food, so you definitely have to eat there!! Security is on-site and they do a great job at keeping the place safe!!!I am a pretty hard person to make 100% happy, but i have 0 complaints from our stay! I highly recommend this condo!!!! We can't wait to go back!!!!!

It is a decent place to stay there were a lot of negatives. We were on the 15th floor and for most of the week that we were there only 1 of 4 elevators were working!! 1 of the 4 had been down waiting for “a part” but there was no notification or warning of this before we arrived. The bathrooms tub/showers were not that clean and the floors were filthy. If you walked around without your shoes on your feet would get black. The owner does not supply TP or paper towels when we asked. Don’t ask the desk to hold your bags while waiting to get into your room they will charge you $5 per bag. pools aren’t heated. There was mold up along the ceiling in the kitchen.

Beautiful property and a very well-maintained room

Very clean. The beds were not what we were use to but sleepable once you got use to it. Kind of sunk into them because of the memory foam matress topper. Overall very happy with stay. Also for anyone cooking the can opener is stripped out so it wont open any cans.

This room was perfect for our family. It was decorated very cute with the most perfect balcony view of the ocean, and the host was great with communication. We knew check in/check out and parking expectations before we even left.

Loved our stay. Host James was very responsive and helped us with any questions. Overall the property is well maintained, and clean. All facilities are well thought out and kept in good condition by the maintenance staff. Location is excellent and very close to anything you need.
