MAJESTIC PARADISE @ Truman Annex - Heart of Old Town, Key West

This was our first sisters trip and we loved every minute of it. Our condo was above expectations!!! Perfect location, so quaint and our hosts were fabulous!!! They offered everything we needed and we were so comfortable from they cosy furniture to the utmost comfortables beds. We tried as many recommendations they gave us and they did not disappoint. We will definitely be back!!!!

We loved the property. Was very convenient to everything, clean and had everything we needed. The property owner gave us some great suggestions on places to eat and tips on anything else we could need. The only downside was that we had a child at the age where she needs to wear a swim diaper, and while we were told in advance that she could not wear it in the pool, we did not realize that meant she could not use the pool at all. A rude resident pointed it out our first day. We would not have rented a property where we could not swim in June in Key West. BUT that was no fault of the owners and we would highly recommend this property to others. And would stay there again once my grandchild is older.

Jim, the owner was great at ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family vacation. The two bikes that are available for use came in handy multiple times. We loved the outside patio area as there was plenty of room for our family. The rental was close to everything but was surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was ideally located. Very clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated and remodeled. Truman Annex is quiet and safe yet only a few minutes walk from all the action on Duval St. Our hosts thought of everything, making it easy to access the place, park, and enjoy the community amenities. Our communication with Jim was outstanding and he reached out ahead of trip to make sure we had everything we needed.

Just a fantastic week with all the comforts of home. Easy walking the historic area.

Fully equipped kitchen but we didn't cook in but definitely can if you choose to. We love the location and feel safe in Truman Annex. It was comfortable for us four adults.

Everything ready for a good visit. Great location, near to downtown Key West. Taxi and Uber readily available. Foilage at condo stunning. We are return visitors and it never disappoints. Thank you Jim and Colleen! Hoping to return.

The weather was perfect and the condo was perfectly located and satisfied all of our needs while we were there. We especially enjoyed the outside area to relax in after enjoying a day touring Key West. This property was in the heart of Key West. Convenient to the waterfront, Duvall Street, Fort Zachary and many more wonderful locations. The outdoor patio was a plus from having coffee in the morning to having dinner, reading a book or just relaxing. The owner was extremely attentive making everything from check-in to check-out very smooth.

Fun and well appointed condo in the heart of Key West. Walkable to all the main sights and restaurants. Perfect for a small family without being on top of one another. Excellent communication by owner.

The condo is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, short walk to Duval and all of the nightlife. The deck is an amazing space where you can relax. Will definitely stay there again! It was a pleasure staying at Jim and Colleen's condo in Truman Annex. A great condo with wonderful amenities provided by Jim and Colleen: grill, bikes, beach chair, towels, parking spot etc. The condo was lovely, clean, neat and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location, convenient and quiet. Jim was proactive in chatting with me and flexible per my arrival to Key West, allowing me to drop my bag at the condo early. Thank you.

The condo is as pictured and is clean and well-stocked. We loved spending time on the patio and at the pool. Jim is the perfect host, personable and responsive, and he provided many suggestions and recommendations that enhanced our visit. The location is great, we could walk to most things, but also rode the free Duval Loop bus a few times. We would rent here again in a minute--don't pass this one up!

The location of the unit is perfect! 3 blocks from Duvall and 10 minutes walk to the beach. Far enough away for a good nights rest. Close enough to enjoy the fun. Jim was super easy to chat with. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as stated!

The place is amazing !! The amenities were great and the bathroom brand new. AC kept us cool all week. Has a back deck to sit and relax as well. Enjoyed the proximity to downtown Duval street and the pier that we could walk to. We have made several trips over the years to KW and this was by far the nicest. Hope that it will be avilable the next time we go.
