I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a wonderful relaxing experience. The only thing that needed a look at was the hot tub it was really noisy and not very hot. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Really nice place, very clean, large showers beautiful views.Our only problem was that the elevator was out and they did not disclose that until after we signed the paperwork.

Accomodations were great, the views were spectacular, the unit was clean and the customer service was top notch from beginning to end. I would definetely recommend Mainsail to my friends and family.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had been misplaced from our home on AMI from Hurricane Helene. During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation with outstanding service and Gulf views!!!

Friendly, helpful staff and the room was great with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

This gorgeous inn offered every amenity and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed afternoons watching dolphins and manatees beachside and evening sunset from our deck. The unit was perfect for us. Loved it and we will be back next year.
