Nothing beats being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the sunsets every night. The property is clean and we especially love the use of paddle boards and bikes. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. We love Mainsail!

It is beachfront and beautiful, well worth staying here. The downside...you have to drag your provider loungers down to the beach. Also need a larger trash bin in the parking lot. Minor concerns but I keep going back!!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Unit 2, beachfront, main floor 2/2. Everything was wonderful! Matthew and Rhoda were fantastic hosts. Location is incredible, right on the beach, between the two main pier restaurant/shop areas. We loved riding the bikes and using the paddleboards. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for everyday use and it was nice to have to pool for a dip when we had enough salt water! We would 100% stay here again!

The check in instructions were clearly communicated. The Mainsail Inn staff was helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and well stocked. The beach was heavenly. The island had everything we needed. Check out was a breeze. It was all perfection. We will for sure be back.
