Stayed May 6, 2024Everything about this stay was perfect. Everything we could need was provided. Easy check-in and out, you walk right onto the beach, we had our own designated parking spot, and clean and beautiful rooms. Easy location to get to either end of the island. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We stayed at Mainsail with our two kids (10 & 8). Our unit was spacious and clean. Pool is nice, large, and clean. Fantastic & direct access to the beach including beach chairs. There's a bunch of pool/beach toys for kids' use. Cental location in AMI. Just a few mins to Pine Ave or to Publix. My only note is that while the kitchens have the basics (plates, glasses, cutlery, a few pans) - they are pretty sparse. If you plan to cook, you'll need to buy everything. But overall, we had a fantastic time and plan to return.

Our room could not see the ocean and it was sold as ocean front because I guess the building is ocean front. Overall very nice.

The condo was really clean with a great location. Matt was always around for help when needed and we felt very secure. Really the only complaint was the TV is small and older (not a smart tv) and we typically enjoy movies, Neflix etc in the evenings which we werent able to do.

Reviewer Comments: We were lucky to be able to rent 7 condos for my daughter's wedding over the thanksgiving holiday. So much fun for so many family members relax on the beach and to gather around the pool area each day and evening.
