Stayed Apr 7, 2024Easy to find, excellent directions and key pickup instructions. Very clean. I was on the second floor and could hear the third floor occupants walk around, as well as my second floor neighbors, but if you don't mind that, a very good value.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026Host was great with communication. Apartment was clean. Steps to apartment were shoveled and salted. Apartment walls were a bit thin- could hear loud neighbors and their TV. Overall, we had a good experience!

The location is fantastic, only a 5-10 minute walk to Main Street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Location is excellent, far enough from Main Street to be away from the crowds, but an easy walk to the activity. Clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Josh provided all the information we needed in advance and was responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend and would book again for travel to LP.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024I've stayed in Lake Placid dozens of times and this was by far the best. Not only is it conveniently located close to town but it was the perfect amount of space (not to mention how clean it was!!) for our weekend away. It was exactly as described, free off street parking was a nice bonus!
