    We had the best time. The property is very clean and modern and the heated pool was a huge hit! Plus everyone could walk to so many great areas on the island from the unit! Would 100% rent again.

    My goat was very detailed with the cookware, paper products, and sheets/towels in the unit. The bag of ice and seasonings were an also a special touch. We loved the modern fans with remotes and access to all of the streaming channels

    We're use to staying in bigger accommodations. But it was fine.The location is wonderful, lots to do in the area we felt safe and had lots of fun. Wish the Central Air would have been newer as 2 of us got allergens and congestions. We stayed from 17th- 20th of 10-25

    This ground floor condo is a perfect option for staying in St. Simmons Island. It is centrally located to all attractions. Be aware that the coffee maker is drip style.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. The location of the property was optimal and the best part of the rental. Additionally the amenities made the property. There need to be some cosmetic updates to the location but the rental got the job done! Would recommend using Marriott JomeAnd Villas but wouldn’t stay at this location again.

It was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Being on the bottom floor made access super easy, and we loved how close it was to both the beach and a variety of great restaurants. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was a peaceful, relaxing spot and offered great value for the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

    Love SSI, this was a great rental. The only reason I left less than perfect is there was a prevalent musty smell in the unit, and we assume it was due to water damage which likely led to the full remodel. We bought .small candles to combat that, and also needed to replace the burnt out bulbs in the living room.Great stay otherwise and real escapes was greta to work with.

    Very nicely remodeled unit near the front end of Ocean Walk. We loved the heated pool and the pickleball courts!! This 2BR, 2 Bath unit was very comfortable and well supplied. Management was very responsive to our needs. The proximity to both Pier Village and the King and Prince area were ideal.
