Main Floor Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo with a master suite in Bettendorf

This was the perfect place for 2 of our employees to stay while working for a month in Davenport. They said it was a very nice place and very accomodating

The garage with automatic opener was great! Luckily, the other rented unit kept the driveway clear for easy coming & going. You could hear the people in the upstairs unit on occasion, but not during late evening hours.Beds were comfortable & location had easy access to 53rd & 74. Overall a quiet neighborhood.The backyard overlooked an I-80 Rest Area, and I-80, which I didn’t particularly care for, but the noise was intermittent and not constant.I advised the host to check the main door seal due to ants & other bugs on the floor at the main entrance after we had been there a couple days.The fridge stayed nice & cold & the automatic ice dispenser was a plus! The air conditioning worked great & the ceiling fans were a nice option.

It was very clean and comfortable. We did not spend much time at the property, but it was a very comfortable and clean property and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This unit was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Located close to the expressway and everything we needed. Would stay again.

Easy to find, close to shopping/dining, very clean and cozy. Super 2 bed/2bath on ground floor - no stairs !Absolutely plan to return.

Too close to interstate and rest area which create quite a bit of noise. Adjoining condo occupants were noisy but thankfully they were only there for a day.

This condo was very convenient for us as it is close to our daughter's house. We were without internet for two days until company could come run a new line. We only had guests in condo upstairs for two nights so it was very quiet, other than highway noise. This condo could use refreshing of furniture and linens to show its best. Management had arranged for snow clearing on drive.

Had a Wonderful Christmas gathering during the 4 days.Location was easy to get to and centrally located for o9ur small gathering. We will definitly work through you again.

We came for a car show in Davenport. The home was very nice in a new area. The 2 cargarage was perfect to have for our 2 classic cars. We would definitely stay again.

The place was clean and nice. I am glad the host provided the garage code because as described, the front door code did not unlock the door. I would have liked a little more communication from the host. Meaning, I replied to their message and did not hear from them until the day of the check in. That’s just me. Over all, great place. Would stay there again. Thank you!!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Having a garage was an added bonus.

The duplex was conveniently located to the TBK Rec Plex. We were in the first floor unit. The unit was clean, smelled brand new, and it even had an attached garage with a ramp to get the house for my mom, who uses a walker. They left garage door openers, for easier access. There was no one upstairs until Saturday night. Then there was a lot of yelling, and commotion after hours, as quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The beds slept great.

The house was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the nearby sports complex. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials and the garage entry/exit was very convenient. The mattresses are also very comfortable and the host was prompt in our requests to extend our stay by 2 nights. All in all, just what we needed for a weekend baseball tournament.
