Stayed Dec 24, 2024This is the absolute best property with VRBO I have stayed at for the following reasons:1. Accuracy of listing - Exactly how it is listed; no surprises2. Communication with owner - Within an hour I always had resolution. I was the problem as I do not get notification when I get a VRBO email.3. Unit was the most well stocked unit I have ever seen - absolutely nothing missing! Maybe a bit better knives in the kitchen but literally that's all!!!!After a very difficult year, we needed peace and relaxation. To have a perfect location with the most well stocked condo with the most spectacular sunsets was a gift to all of us. Thank you sincerely!!!

Stayed Dec 22, 2022Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay in the spacious 3 bedroom beachfront condo with a fireplace which we used due to the cold temps during part of our stay. Easy check in and great communication with owner. Owner provided small fake tree with lights and decorations which was a plus for our holiday stay. Loved the 10 condo only building and the ability to walk to nearby restaurants.

Stayed Dec 22, 2021Fred was very reachable! The condo had a nice collection of beach items (chairs, etc). We stayed for Christmas and I asked if there was a place to rent a tree. He didn't know of one but he dropped one off with lights and ornaments!
