Deanna provides excellent communication and provides many helpful tips labeled around the condo help make the stay easier. Condo is in great shape. Our off-season visit made for a quiet & relaxing getaway! We will certainly return again

Great communication from the host Deanna! Informative letter and notes received in advance of our stay. Condo is in excellent condition with a beautiful view of the beach. Thoughtfull labeling in kitchen and most of light switches. Various lighting options were appreciated in living areas of kitchen/dining/living rooms. Sea Colony is a quiet place over Thanksgiving. Most restaurants and shops in Town of Bethany were still open, so plenty of options. We will return for sure!

This location is excellent! Amazing beach views and very close to shopping and dining. Our host was excellent about sharing any and all important information prior to our arrival.

Check in easy….condo well stocked with supplies if needed. Excellent location for walking to market and coffee shops, parking spot near elevators. Great picturesque view of ocean! Also great instructions posted for everything which was very helpful Hope to be back.

Loved it! Great location and right on the beach!! Property had all of the essentials and was nicely decorated.

Well kept and equipped apt, tastefully decorated and with a beautiful view of the ocean. One negative tho was that the linens were washed with a fabric softener which had a strong odor. Would stay here again tho prefer a higher floor for maximum quiet.

Relaxing, condo had what it said it would have, family oriented!

The place felt clean and fresh. Nice view of the ocean. Balcony furniture somewhat uncomfortable for the elderly; my wife only sat out there once as it was too hard on her back and legs. The living room furniture was also not great for the elderly. It was a struggle for me to help my wife get up from the swivel chair. Otherwise the place was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely beachside condo, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! First and foremost, the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed morning walks along the shore and easy access to all the Sea Colony amenities. The condo itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The decor was modern and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We also had the pleasure of interacting with the host, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She ensured we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Overall, this condo offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for our beach vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

This condo is amazing. The layout was perfect for us with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms and a fantastic view on the 2nd floor - also very convenient to assigned parking space. The condo was clean and beautifully appointed with a relaxed beach ambiance. The amenities at Sea Colony are wonderful and we love the private beach accessibility. We took advantage of the beach, the pools, hot tub/sauna, tennis and cycling on the local cycling paths/trails and in Cape Henlopen. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. Perfect stay for a couple. Thank you so much - we will be back.
