Perfect location and amenities. Can’t recommend highly enough! Hosts were helpful and communicative, and everything was clearly explained beforehand. Would definitely stay at same property in the future.

Our group had a great time in Dewey Beach! This location can't be beat and is walkable to everything Dewey has to offer. Check in process was easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Not only was the property location exceptional—Bay front with private beach, also the condo unit had to be the best location within the building. The walk out to the private patio that extended to the common area provided expansive open space. Inside—the unit was impeccable, nicely appointed. The layout perfectly accommodated all eight of us, with personal space as needed. Also, we had all supplies we needed in ample quantity and even had some unexpected extras.

The unit was very lovely and well furnished which made it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We enjoyed the bar and outside picnic area for cocktails and bay views. The unit is easily accessible from the deck so you don’t have to go through the Hyatt to get in the condo. We had a great time!

We had two families staying here - each two parents and two kids ages 5 and 7. The layout was perfect - parents had their own bedrooms and kids all bunked together. Loved ease of parking and location - you can see the beach from the patio and pool is just one floor up. Really modern and clean place stocked full of every kitchen thing you could ever need (rare for a rental!). Will def be back.

We stayed here for a getaway with girlfriends and this place was absolutely amazing! From the reservation process all the way through to the check-in and check-out process, it could not have gone more smoothly. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. And the space itself...wow. A beautiful, perfect place to stay. You have the views of the bay and the rooftop pool just out the patio door with the ocean beach just across the street. There were 7 of us and we had more than enough space to sleep and hang out. The condo has so many extra little amenities included that would make it easy to stay there for a month or more. We wish we could have stayed longer. There were people staying on either side of us and we never heard a thing. The rooms are quiet and well insulated...and the beds are incredibly comfortable...even the pull out couch was great! The location is ideal also. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. If we make it back to Dewey Beach again, I would 100% stay here again...thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had such a great stay here! The condo was so clean and stocked with so many essentials. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and being right on the bay! Such a convenient location and beautiful property!
