Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Mini's Poolside at Anaheim Disneyland.

Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland's trams and Disneyland's monorail. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio in this roomy, newly renovated townhouse.

This comfortable 3bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. You can snuggle up in your comfy bed with luxurious, high-quality linens. Everyone will enjoy the generous supply of welcome surprise packages.

We have paid a lot of attention to selecting top-quality fabrics, beautiful designs, and comfortable goods to make your stay extra enjoyable. This includes a 50' LG plasma TV in the living room as well another 50' plasma in the bedroom. Beautiful Chandeliers provide radiant light.

The Master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with a ceiling fan and access to a private bathroom and shower.

The second Bedroom has a queen bed with close access to a bathroom in the hallway.

The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed ( Full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom.

Fireworks can be seen from the kid's bedroom, second bedroom, dining room, and both patios.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home.

A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house.

High-speed internet and TV with extended channels are available.

We also offer one complimentary assigned parking space for your convenience.

    Overall, the stay was okay. Most of our time was spent out of the house luckily. Otherwise our stay would have been dreadful. Upon arrival we were asked to check in later due to a leak in the master bedroom shower. That turned into having to shut down the water completely to cap the leak in the master shower and return the next day to fix it. When we returned to the house after they had capped the master shower, the hose faucet outside was leaking heavily into the dining room, as they had left the screen door open to vent the condo. The next day only half of us got to shower because the only working shower was leaking water heavily down stairs above the fridge. This leaking stained the ceiling so it was evident that this issue was a reoccurring problem. The bath tub upstairs barely held two inches of water which made it very difficult to bathe our babies. The toilet in that same bathroom would not flush unless you manually messed with the plunger in the tank. The property in general is a little deceiving as they do not have any photos of the state of these condos. The site is located close to the Disney parks, which was convenient for us to stroll over there without having to pay parking fees. The site manager was definitely on top of the communication during all these problems we were having. Although, we felt like he would cut conversations short and didn’t really give us time to convey all of our concerns. When we asked for a discount due to the issues, we were ghosted.

    Bathroom in upstairs hall takes a few times to flush not just once. Over all good would stay again. The walking distance to Disney was sorry and saved us a lot of money on the parking. Management was really quick on getting back to us when we called for any questioning and is that person didn't know the answer they for back with in 5 min with the answer.

    We enjoyed our stay and appreciated many of the condo’s features. The amenities were great, and the beds were super comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the unit was a big plus, and the pool area was very nice. The décor was charming, though it felt a bit cluttered—plates and wine glasses set on the table weren’t needed, and extra lamps by the TV just got in the way. The proximity to the parks was convenient, though we opted not to walk as we didn’t feel entirely confident in the neighborhood’s safety. The exterior of the complex is very outdated, but we were prepared for that based on other reviews. One area that could use improvement is the departure process—our rental agreement, the binder inside the condo, and the text instructions all said different things, which was confusing. Overall, the unit itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.

    We really enjoyed our stay! The pools and hot tub were a hit with the whole family. The rooms were clean, nicely organized, and the kitchen was fully stocked and convenient. We also loved relaxing on the back patio. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Overall, a great location and experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

    Rick and his wife were the perfect hosts! We had planned to stay at their house for 3 days but due to a small leak we had to leave after the first night. They gave us a full refund and they made sure that it would have little to no impact on our plans. They even delivered all of our belongings to us at our new rental so we didn’t need to walk it over. I could not believe how simple they made the process. I have never run into hosts like them. .

    I’ll start with the pros:-Proximity to Disneyland was great. We walked to the Mickey and Friends parking structure and rode the tram to and from the park. -3 bedrooms and 3 toilets was great for our group of 8 teens and adults. -owner was friendly and gave us a heads up that the rug might be wet upon arrival due to cleaning. Now the cons:-outdated photos not accurately representing the furniture and rooms-old linens and towels. Bed sheets and extra comforters with brown and yellow stains and discolorations. Thin towels that seem to have been used for years. -black widow spiders at the front door and frustrating door lock that was temperamental. -cleanliness lacking with stains on rugs, less than pristine refrigerator and bathroom cleanliness. -DIY renovations and poor paint job gave the overall feeling of staying somewhere that the owner just doesn’t really care about. -the exterior was run down and felt a little sketchy. The complex has definitely deteriorated since we stayed there several years ago. Overall there is potential. 10,000, a better cleaning crew, and some white paint would go a long way in this place. Although we survived our stay and had a great trip, I would prefer to stay further from the park and drive in daily.

    Overall this was a great experience. The rental needed a bit of a refresh. The host was very helpful and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. We loved the closeness to the Disney parks. The check in directions could have been a little clearer. We ending up meeting the host in the parking lot to find the unit. Overall very budget friendly and well appointed.

    Everything went well except that my 2 year old fell and hit his head on the edge of the coffee table and had to go to emergency and get stitches. I will be checking to make sure it is a safe space for kids next time I book.

    Our family had a wonderful vacation. The grandchildren thought they were in Disney's personal home. The decorations are so cute. Us adults, thought the beds were confy and the location to Disney Land was perfectly located for walking. We felt very safe and loved the pool and plaground. We hope to stay again soon.     Overall, the place is great. Bedrooms are big enough. Fold out luggage racks are helpful. Easy 7-10 minute walk to Disney main gate. Next to pool/jacuzzi without the noise. Can watch Fireworks from the condo. Overall, good experience!
