Magical Sunrises on the Atlantic, Upgraded Condo & 10 minutes to Downtown.

It was in the best location with a great view. My family and I would love to come back to the same place another time we enjoyed it that much.

Loved the entire property.

Property was nice and quite. The unit could use a upgrade on decor.. But otherwise it met our needs.

There was plenty of space for the five of us with a fabulous view and the location was just fantastic as it’s a residence not a holiday complex. We had no children running about we had no problem with finding space by the pool and all within a walking distance of a fantastic location.

The view from the porch was wonderful--3rd floor balcony with a view of a luscious tropical garden, well-maintained pool and a view of the ocean. A wonderful place for coffee in the morning or just to unwind in the afternoon. The location is off the beaten path of the business of Key West, but close enough to access everything. The management team was very helpful and responsive to any questions.

Nice condo. Good location.

We were looking to spend a long weekend in Key West and happened to find this property on VRBO. You can find information about the apartment in the listing (and it is accurate). The pool and hot-tub in the community center were excellent and there is an on-site beachy area. The unit is located on the mid-south side of the island with Smathers beach on one side and a nature conservancy on the other. It's about a 10 min ride to downtown (by car or bicycle). There are three tennis courts, saunas and bike racks on the premises. The unit is dated, but clean. It would be helpful if there was cooking oil and more spices on site. Some of the fitness equipment (common area first floor) needs maintenance. There is a small bodega nearby for necessities, but real food shopping requires a car or taxi ride. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay with you. The facilities were clean with a great location on the island for a first visit. The pool and beach area were excellent and a lot of fun.

Loved the property, the ocean view and access to the great pool and hot tub. Smathers’ beach was perfect!

By furnished I'm speaking of utensils, dishes, bake wares etc. The property was in great shape. Easy to locate. Located right on the Atlantic shoreline. Kids loved the pool. Lots of towels, extra linens, pillows and blankets.

The issue I have is that we had no water for two days. They turned water off on Wednesday for six and half hours and again on Thursday morning. Very inconvenient

The property is everything that was promised and more. The view from the balcony was wonderful !! The garden on the property is gorgeous !! We enjoyed our stay there very much. There was a gym and game room and the pool was wonderful !!
