Stayed Dec 31, 1969Its only one week into my stay but I am very happy with the rental unit. In terms of the FBR staff they were extremely professional, friendly, responsive and helpful with special kudos to Taylor Holevas.

Stayed Jul 11, 2020Great place, amazing view, great location, apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The only inconvenience and pain i.t.b. was the KEYS, had to pick up and drop off in Clear Water, going to the pool need keys, beach gate - keys, this was very inconvenient. Forgot to mention: apartment has big beach umbrella and plenty beach chairs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have booked this condo the past 4 years and love it. It's close to restaurants and right on the beach. The view is absolutely wonderful. We are so thankful that we are able to rent this lovely condo every year. We are thrilled to be in it 3 months this year. Love the new master bath and the new kitchen appliances since last year. We are already booked for next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love Madeira Towers and the location. Close to grocery and restaurants. Love the view and the wrap around balcony and easy access to the beach. We have already booked for next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is the second year we have stayed at this beachfront condo and we love it. The condo is very clean, spacious and has everything we need. It's nice to be close to the beach and several restaurants. We also love the wrap around balcony and the beautiful sunsets from it. Florida Rentals are very nice to work with. Look forward to coming back !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have had many vacations with different services from all inclusive to condo rentals, but this one was one of the best! From the first contact with Florida Beach Rentals to check-in and picking up the keys was courteous, simple and quick. The staff we dealt with we're top-notch. Then we saw the actual property and were blown away! It was spacious, contemporary, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities of home, plus a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. The wrap around balcony gave interesting perspectives with the beach by day and Gulf Blvd. by night. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as John's Pass with all its interesting activities. But with everything available at the condo and condo building, we enjoyed cooking and Bbqing at home and eating at our table with our private view! The added feature of included digital cable, free wifi and free North american long distance was a bonus for us, allowing us to check on family back home in Canada on a regular basis. The condo pool was quite nice - lots of lounge chairs, directly off the beach and included clean bathrooms. Another appreciated amenity was the building and property security. Keys were needed for entry to the building, swimming pool and hot tub. Covered parking for owners/renters and extra parking for guests is also a good feature. We loved it so much, we have already booked this unit for next year!!
